  1. Short description: Allowing the command /ponytail or /hairtie or something to change a female's hairstyle to the ponytail/bun Detailed description: IRL females always carry hairties around and whenever its hot they tie up their hair. I'd like to be able to RP my hair occasionally loose and when hot or going to sport in a bun but it sucks always having to go to the hair salloon to buy a new hair style for 30mins of RP. It would be much nicer if we can use /hairtie [1=bun, 2= long ponytail, 3=short ponytail] and it changes the hairstyle kinda like /shirt on and /pants off handle the clothing. It'd not save to the outfit. Commands to add: /hairtie [1=bun, 2= long ponytail, 3=short ponytail] Items to add: none How would your suggestion improve the server? It'd increase QoL and roleplay opportunities. Additional information:

  3. MINING - Frequently Asked Questions Mining is understandably an attractive job for the newer player, but many don't seem to understand the various complexities and logistics around it. I don't think a full-length guide is needed but I've put together a non-exhaustive list of common misconceptions and questions. In no particular order. DO I NEED A LICENSE? A mining license is only an IC requirement, there is a license for each type of ore. If you wish to mine without a license you risk being fined or having your ore confiscated. It's also not against the server rules to mine, which seems to be a surprisingly common misconception amidst new players. CAN ANYONE MINE? Yes anyone can, but does it mean that you should just because you can? No. Consider whether or not it's a vocation that suits your character, given their background. It's a very physically demanding, and skilled job from an IC perspective. Not just anyone would be able to walk in off the street and say "Hey, I'd like to work as a miner please. I need to raise money for a new car." CAN I USE MY SEDAN? No, unrefined & refined ores are heavy and not to mention very dirty. Ordinary vehicles simply wouldn't be able to transport them in sufficient quantities. To give some perspective here is a picture of some unrefined copper RAW COPPER: REFINED COPPER: Now would you put lots of this stuff in the back of your family car? Or your brand new Audi? I didn't think so. Use an appropriate industrial vehicle to transport your ores like a Mule, or other truck would do the job. This not only applies to people who are mining the ores themselves, but anyone considering robbing these items off another player. OK COOL, BUT CAN I MINE IN MY ARMANI SUIT? No, whether it's an Armani suit or a sweet pair of hotpants you should dress your character appropriately for the job. Again, it's very dirty and physically demanding. You would need protective gear to protect your body, even your face from dirt and from flying debris. SUGGESTED GEAR: WHAT DOES THE RED OR GREEN MEAN IN THE MARKET INFO? The red and green is an indicator of demand but doesn't necessarily reflect the most valuable ore. You should find that out IC. WHY CAN'T I MINE ANYMORE? It's likely that you have reached the asset cap. When your net worth (value of cash in hand, cars properties etc) equals $400k or more, you won't be able to mine. This is a cap put in place to help curb unrealistic use of the system. We want to encourage players towards the roleplay and player provided jobs as soon as possible, rather than encourage grinding for assets. NOTE: All information is correct at time of posting, it is likely to change depending on how the mining system is reworked in the future.

  4. How to link your Discord So the process of linking your Discord to your UCP account is fairly simple and is highly recommended - especially if you are a Gold Donator. This way you can claim your Discord permissions on your own without having to wait for an admin - fast and easy! Step 1 - Finding your Discord ID (1 minute): 1. Press the Settings icon on the bottom left, it looks like this: 2. Go to "Appearance" and scroll all the way down, and activate "Developer Mode": 3. Go to any Discord channel and right click your name which appears on the list of channel participants on the right side. Then click "Copy ID". Step 2 - Linking your discord account (2 minutes): 1. Go to the Settings page on the UCP: 2. Navigate to "Edit Profile" and paste the ID you copied on the previous step right here and press "Link". 3. Go to Discord and copy the special code you received on a private message: 4. Go back to the UCP and navigate to "Edit Profile". Paste the code in the box and click "Apply". 5. Claim groups from your profile page All done! If you have any questions, feel free to drop me a message.

  5. The National Vanguard, sometimes called 'The Cause' or the 'Aryan Nation' is a highly organized coalition of white supremacist criminal organizations in the United States. The organization comes from the historic albeit mainly symbolic 'unification' of the original Aryan Brotherhood and the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas into the United Aryan Brotherhood in May 2018. The nature of the compromise lead to a shift within Peckerwood culture which has resulted in a enthused push towards unified enterprise among a wide variety of skinhead gangs throughout the Southwestern United States which inspired the inclusion of the traditionally antagonistic Aryan Circle. This mutually agreed cooperation was further set in stone with the loyalty pledge of the Oregon-based criminal organization called the European Kindred which allowed the adherent gangs of the Vanguard to more easily push their ideals to the street through this exhibition of momentum. With a vast majority of regional leaders adhering to the concept a significant portion of street gangs similarly followed suit; predictably the first gangs to pledge loyalty were the Nazi Lowriders and Public Enemy Number 1 who were eventually followed by a myriad of others thus granting the alliance a street presence in several states. The group claims to be a nationwide criminal syndicate but in reality it's presence is limited to the southwestern states from Oregon to Texas with it's main hub of influence and source of manpower being San Andreas. The organization upholds the traditional alliance it has with the Mexican Mafia and by extension a numerous array of Sureno gangs which has offered it established contacts and even potential allies in the criminal world. As of October 2018 the Vanguard has engaged in a major surge in it's Los Santos-based activities pushing it even greater into the realm of public scrutiny with a controversial Weazel News editorial labeling the group as "one of the nations greatest threats to national security" even going so far as to demand it be labeled a homegrown terrorist organization. In reality, however, the groups primary motivation remains the acquisition of wealth through illicit means with much of it's political connections seemingly left by the wayside. Organization & Operations The group's structure is highly militaristic with a dedicated hierarchy of groups that form the foundation of it's daily operations. The nucleus of the group stems from the Aryan Brotherhood as well as it's cohorts which act as the primary executive force of the coalition that enforces discipline, settles disputes and organizes a vast majority of it's criminal enterprises. Within the Vanguard the old-school prison gangs have established themselves as it's nobility and it's within the highest aspirations of much of it's client gangs to prove themselves and thus be inducted into 'The Brand.' Cracking down on the faction's leadership has proven to be an immense struggle for law enforcement as it's members are capable of relaying messages to and from the street with relative ease with the assistance of coded messages as well as cellphones smuggled into prison. As a result, the group remains coordinated and capable of extensive operations from both sides of the correctional system. Below the 'executive branch' of the group are it's 'commissioned' groups who're, in essence, gangs that are officially sanctioned by the leadership and are deemed the most reliable to conduct criminal operations with it's leaders acting as lieutenants for shotcallers. These groups are mainly those who have established long-lasting ties and maintain a degree of power on the streets and are therefore utilized primarily for enforcement as well as command & control of lesser gangs. It's not uncommon for these groups to prove themselves as enthusiastically violent and a vast majority of it's membership is made up of ex-cons who are nonetheless capable of being relied upon to conduct sensitive tasks. Outside of their internal duties commissioned members are also expected to help enrich the Vanguard through drug trafficking, homicide, theft, extortion and overall intimidation. Due to it's widely disparate membership the group has vastly diverse investments in numerous illicit businesses with a rapidly fluctuating profit margin. At the bottom of the totem pole lies the associates of the group made up of misguided teenagers, latchkey kids and other up-and-coming criminals looking for guidance, protection and some money in the pocket. Associate gangs are numerous and can be made up of anywhere from five to fifty members in number and hold territory no bigger than a skate park or a single street - a place many of them operate from as is. These groups often act in support of the higher echelon under more experienced criminals and are very rarely trusted to handle anything of importance on their own, this often leads them to being utilized as anything from lookouts to foot soldiers to even glorified chauffeurs. The ideal final destination for most associates is either their personal recruitment into a commissioned gang or the overall elevation of their own gang to receive a commissioned charter and therefore join the ranks of more seasoned factions such as NLR, PEN1 and even the Aryan Crusaders. The National Vanguard does not intend to hold territory, instead opting to delegate and operate out of specified areas rather than claiming ownership of them outright. Shotcallers are organized into committees that determine regional or city-wide operations whilst commissioned members are designated areas of control. Associate gangs within these zones often fall under the tutelage of these commissioned gangs whether they intend to or not and those that try and push their independence often have a lengthy and possibly deadly struggle ahead of them. Within these areas the designated crews will attempt to do business with other factions, sell drugs, tax independents and of course recruit more members and work to acquire higher levels of weaponry. If war happens to break out in an area that spills out of control the group in charge of the area is expected to fight on the front-lines and utilize associates whenever it's seen as necessary, they are not limited in the struggle, however, and can reach out to other allied gangs for assistance. Culture Aspects of life in the Vanguard stems from three crucial pillars that all members are expected to adhere to; respect, loyalty and strength. Conveniently for most of it's members, these rules are the way of life in prison and naturally it's a lifestyle they expect to emulate on the streets. Members are impressed upon to have the utmost respect for their superiors and more experienced members with punishments varying from beatings to even death depending on the level of severity. Members are also expected to always show heart even in the most dire of circumstances, outward perceptions of strength are extremely crucial to the group as it absolutely resents any aspects of weakness. Snitching in any regard even if it's unintended results in death no matter how highly placed the member and members are always 'checking up' on others to truly judge and compare their criminal aptitudes. Members of the Aryan Brotherhood are the most influential and powerful members within the alliance and their prison-based culture is rife within it's membership. Outside of it's prison-inspired code of ethics the Vanguard very much maintains it's Peckerwood heritage which itself is an amalgamation of the punk rock scene combined with elements of stoner culture as well as Latino gang style. Politically the group is of course skinhead in nature with varying degrees of enthusiasm for it's hateful rhetoric, some view it pragmatically whilst others dive into it wholesale but regardless the group employs a wide range of white power symbolism with a strong emphasis on tattoos to exhibit association. Religiously the group maintains a standard array of faiths albeit with a strong undercurrent of Neo-pagan undertones that permeates a large core of it's membership who often sincerely venerate Viking faith and value systems frequently tattooing themselves with Pagan symbolism or baring items of similar value. Due to it's wide array of member groups dispersed throughout a comparatively large region within the United States, cultural standards vary greatly between it's constituents with many different groups practicing different cultural practices or internal operation which becomes more standardized the higher one climbs in the organization. OOC & RECRUITMENT This group seeks to portray a fictional rendition of real-life white gang culture & organization and naturally will conduct itself as such in-game. The leadership of this faction reserves CK rights on any and all members of the organization for serious infractions. Members are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and avoid breaking community rules throughout the course of their time within the group and on the server in general. Those seeking to join are advised to either PM me here on the forums or on Discord(Thimble#3548) or through simply role-playing with us in-game, be advised that those intending to join via messaging me will be expected to speak on their characters backstory to ensure it's within the groups expectations. Know that is faction is highly antagonistic and conflict is an inevitability, you may very likely be putting your character at risk by associating with or joining a gang that remains part of the National Vanguard which has the definitive possibility to end in a CK if you aren't careful. For gangs portraying themselves as a sect of the Sureno lifestyle we openly accept cooperation and established storylines to help the mutual narrative we both share in the criminal element of the server. Other white gangs or even MC's are also sought out for engagement by us to help aid mutual development whether you believe in our rhetoric and want to sign onto the charter or even if you seek to resist us, we wish to expand the horizons of this server and bring about engaging roleplay regardless of association so long as a standard level of competence as well as respect is maintained.

  8. Watch videos on YouTube of people making interiors and such. You start to learn what objects are best and what really goes well together; - What is a great object for a floor, - What is a great object for a wall, - What is a great object for a roof. - And so on and so forth.

  10. So many other servers have tried and failed at implementing an effective government system. From what I can see, GTA W is the only one which is determined to get the system right before launching into elections and other layers. I think this is very important because we don't want this house being built on sand, after all. What's been implemented so far is very good, and the direction that Government RP is going in on this server seems to be even better. Back on LSRP, the Government was purely there for appearances. I saw Mayors since 2008 attempt to roleplay a 'realistic' politician and leader figure, only to be shot down by the fact that the system wasn't there to support it. They had no control over taxes and public service budgets - in fact they basically just took the IC abuse for most OOC economy changes. It was only by accepting this that I actually enjoyed the position, for a time, and simply roleplayed for the realism and visibility that so many players seemed to want from the Government. Roleplaying a politician and a Mayor was fun for a time on LSRP, but it got frustrating when you realised that you weren't truly in a position to make any real changes. Whilst I'm not saying that the Government should hold all the power (there should always be a good level of admin and FM involvement for the sake of player enjoyment, imo), it's good to see that there are certain concessions being made over here. It's a shame that some people don't seem to think there's any Government RP at the moment, but I know that this will improve because this is a system that I think will really work in the long term. Very excited to see how everything develops ?

  12. I agree with what Marcus said. In addition to that, what I love about the server is the economy system which is as realistic as I have ever seen on a SAMP/GTAVMP server. The server is taxing people who own things (especially expensive things like super cars) more than others. This means everyone who blows their 200k on a fancy car and does not invest smartly will eventually end up with no money or even debts. To have this level of realism on a GTA server to me is simply astonishing.

  13. I have to agree with this. The free money doesn't motivate players to work for their money but rather wait for it to appear. I highly recommend implementing a token system where new characters can buy a decent house and a cheap car to use. Players won't be able to sell the property/vehicle back for money to prevent players from abusing the token system and selling the car right after.

  15. GTA World In-Game Rules The rules must be read and understood by all players joining GTAW. It is important to understand that we've tried to detail as much as possible each of the rules with examples but it is impossible to cover the entire scope of every situations that might happen in a world where the creativity has no limits. The rules do not come with any punishment scales as each situation is unique : a powergaming action can be a genuine mistake or very malicious, a common courtesy rulebreak can be a first time and unique event or a 5th time, etc. Without the need to assess and analyze each situation, we wouldn't even need administrators to handle your reports, bots could do it better. However, since the discretion given to each punishment can be variable based on the human who has taken the decision, you're always able to staff report the administrator if you think that your situation has been wrongly judged. 1) Common Courtesy While out of character it is expected of you to remain respectful and calm towards others. Every player should feel welcome in the community no matter what their background is. Any form of OOC discrimination is forbidden and can result in a community ban if it is severe enough. Always follow an administrator's instructions even if you disagree with the decision. If you feel an admin is making the wrong decision, the decision can be reviewed by a member of Staff Management. Failing to roleplay a situation is strictly forbidden. You're expected to be roleplaying at all times, If a player breaks the rule during the situation you must finish the roleplay and report later. You must also roleplay any injuries that occur to your character or any accidents that happen when driving, even if you are alone. Examples of breaking this rule: insulting another player through /pm or /b; spamming; disregarding an administrator's decision; failing to roleplay a car crash, unless it was clearly caused due to desync (contact an admin through /report if you wish for a crash to be voided); leaving the server intentionally to avoid roleplay or consequences of any kind; taking advantage of an OOC issue to give yourself an advantage in an IC situation (stealing a vehicle from a player whose game crashed, initiating a shootout when a player involved crashed, driving off from a traffic stop when a law enforcement officer disconnects, waiting for someone to type to get an IC advantage); AFK during roleplay situation; ignoring an employee at an open business and just using the script to buy something, customize your character or customize your vehicle. You must roleplay with an employee if they are present. Vehicle modding must always be roleplayed in full. Leaving the game just after an active situation, it is required to wait at least 30 minutes as people might be actively looking for your character, unless all parties agrees to let you log off. Using of /createinfomarker must be restricted to indicate mid term (few days) persistent impact on a scene : door being lockpick'd, window being broken, a graffiti on a wall... Posters or images are allowed if they're not direct advertisement for a company / group. Major events may be advertised in authorized places previously approved by PM. 2) Powergaming It is not allowed to perform actions which would not be possible in real life either, this is not limited to roleplay through /me. It is not allowed to force actions upon another player. You are not allowed to roleplay a non-player character. E.G. Roleplay through a /me to lift up a truck. Jumping from height and not roleplaying the consequences from your fall. Roleplay through a /me to shoot a player with the result of the player ending up dead in the process. Looting a stash without properly roleplaying its description (nor knowing about it) Initiating a script action without any roleplay against another player (e.g stealing a vehicle without roleplaying it first, initiating a fight/brawl without roleplaying the initiation), once the action has been roleplayed it may continue scriptly by the initiating player. For example, if you wish to attack another character, you would need to roleplay your attempt at the attack and then you may continue through the script. Script actions that automatically print a roleplay line through /ame do not need to be re-roleplayed unless otherwise stated in the rules (e.g. rule 15, scrolling weapons). It is mandatory to RP fear in situations/actions which you would usually refrain from doing realistically. Repercussions of your characters actions must always be considered, situations which result in death due to a lack of fear RP may result in a CK. Drawing a gun to rob someone in the middle of the street/populated area. Running off/drawing a gun while being aimed at. Lack of fear roleplay or fear for your life in general may result in a permanent character kill. Looting another character can only be done in realistic situations and time frames. Your characters life and safety must always be put before looting. Prioritizing looting over the need to escape or tend to wounds will be considered powergaming. The following are examples of powergaming while looting: Looting characters after a shootout in a public space. Looting characters before tending to injuries sustained. Returning to a scene to loot someone after fleeing. Looting bodies while Law Enforcement is present. Looting without roleplay. CCTV cameras have to be mapped in before they are considered present. Attempting to claim a camera exists when there is no item there is powergaming. OOC recordings can be used as the footage pulled from CCTV cameras, in the absence of OOC recording, players are able to challenge CCTV footage if they believe the recording party may have forgotten or falsified details. If desync is suspected, the contesting party may provide a video of their own to look for any inconsistencies or consult a staff member to decide. This may be looked over if the desync is clear within the original recording provided. Government building as well as server-owned stores (e.g gas stations, 24/7s, clothing stores) all have cameras by default, which law enforcement agencies have the capacity of acquiring. When using OOC footage, players are expected to keep in mind which direction the cameras are pointing. "Dome cameras" are best specified in /stashinfo, otherwise an admin will have to decide on their own. All state agencies and Government vehicles have dashcams. OOC recording rules apply to dashcam. Property safes are supposed to remain visible at all time, you cannot hide them behind furniture. Players may also not use entry/exit points that are not scripted in as a way to gain access to the property and or leave the property (i;e entry ways that are placed in as teleport markers and not GTA windows/doors that do not have a function by script, this also includes door-locks and building in your own "secret way" - you can request these teleports through PM requests. Do not build a secret space without prior approval from PM) Players are prohibited from building "secret rooms" that are not accessible by a teleport marker/door that is built in (for example; you cannot have a secret sliding wall that leads behind the house/into the foundation of the house to hide/store items) Victims of a robbery are expected to roleplay what their robber would find based on the descriptions of the search performed on them accordingly. Only at the end of the roleplay surrounding the robbery, once the robber is done with roleplaying taking what they can take and finished with the presented search, is when the victim must /showitems upon request of the robber. These following rules go forth for Law Enforcement as-well. Those being frisked by Law Enforcement, may only ask and present the command of /frisk after the RP is said and done. Those that are sending a location, chopping a vehicle or doing a physical action that requires a script command after, are required at all times, to roleplay first before doing the script command. Players should not for an example, send location to a friend, and then do the RP presented. Or for another example, you must show the RP first, before chopping a vehicle. RP of injuries: Players that are placed in the downed mode (wounded mode) with a headshot will be considered automatically dead. If you survive and are not placed in wounded/downed mode - you can RP the injuries not being as serious. This ruling comes into effect when you are hit in the head and are placed in the wounded/downed mode stage at any point of the shooting. For example, if you are downed and you have five leg shots, and only one head shot, as soon as you are in wounded/downed mode, you will be forced to PK. If you are shot in the chest/neck and are placed in wounded/downed mode, you will have a rough estimate of five to ten minutes to live depending on if you receive adequate medical attention that is up to generalized medical standards. The final decision can be made by an administrator if there is a question whether or not you will be forced to PK or not. We understand at times it takes upwards of five minutes to begin the RP process, so we ask that players use common courtesy when being placed in downed/wounded mode. If the injuries are treatable and medical attention/medical aid is being given - players cannot force themselves to die in wounded/downed mode or they have the potential chance of being CK'ed. 3) Metagaming Providing in-character (IC) information to another player using out-of-character (OOC) means. Providing OOC information to another player using IC means. Using OOC means to find in-character information. Using OOC communication and/or information to influence anything in-character. All characters you create cannot interact with each other in any way. You may not use a third party to transfer IC information from one of your characters to another one of your characters either. You may not reference any of your other characters. You may only have one character involved in a particular objective and/or RP scene at the same time. Examples; you and other faction members arrange a drug deal, then you show up on another character; you report someone missing to the police on more than one character; showing up to a business you own and spending money; gathering information on one character, and using that information on another character. Members of approved factions may have alternative characters in the same faction after approval is granted by Faction Management. These characters are given some leeway when it comes to benefiting their own faction or referencing their other characters. Any platforms not under the control of GTA World cannot be considered in-character unless it has been clearly approved by the appropriate team within the admin team. Factions wishing to have IC channels in their Discord must receive approval prior from Faction Management. Giving out any IC information on Discord without approval and without an admin present to supervise is considered metagaming. Name tags are present to make it easier to identify who is doing what in a roleplay scenes. Name tags should not be used to obtain IC information such as a player's name or their location. Players should make sure that they have clearly seen a character before they can identify them IC, rather than just relying on the nametag. Two examples of this are identifying someone in a car with tinted windows or slowing down when passing a group to read the nametags. The usage of *Describes Firstname Lastname* is considered to be metagaming as it encourages a breach of this part of the rule. Returning to the scene of your death is also considered metagaming, even if done on another character. Some time must be given so the players on the scene can leave it. Once the players involved in your death (involved meaning present at the scene in this particular instance), you can roleplay normally in that particular area. Returning to the same neighborhood is enough to be considered returning to the scene. You may not roleplay gathering information on your own death on any character you have, or referencing any of your dead characters on any of your other characters. Interacting with your own body on any character E.G. You message a player using /pm or on Discord to pick you up at x location; You use VOIP communication (Discord, Teamspeak, Skype etc.) to coordinate during a pursuit or shootout; Driving around with a friend or friends on VOIP and making decisions to do things without roleplaying in-game and making these decisions IC; You get CKed on one character, and someone tells one of your other characters about it so you can get revenge; You use more than one character to benefit a faction or business you are a part of without FM approval; One of your characters gets beat up so you @everyone on a Discord server to get in-game to help you; You see the cops outside a friend's house so you PM him on Discord to warn him; You PM someone that is masked to find out their real name to get around the point of the /mask system; You get killed in a gang area and then return on another character to get revenge. 4) Deathmatching Killing another player without or with poor reason to do so. This also includes you provoking others, followed by performing aggressive actions such as shooting or killing and (or) the provoked party ending up dead. A character may only run over (ram) another player over if a character's life is at risk. This should not be done excessively A character may only murder a member of law enforcement when there is an active existing threat to life, or there is indisputable evidence that the stop will lead to life or serious extended imprisonment. Examples of this rule being broken: Shooting at a player because he is black and your character hates people from Afro American backgrounds. Calling a player names for them to come after you so you can shoot them. Shooting at a player because they called the cops on you over a petty crime. Shooting a member of law enforcement over a traffic stop because you assume there is a warrant on you. Shooting at a player during a fist fight to win the fight. 4.1) Rules of Engagement Rules of Engagement must be abided at all times by members of factions and are considered an extension of deathmatching rules, they must be read here: LINK 5) Character Customization Players must create a realistic character using the customization system. Admins may request a player to change their character's customization if they deem it unfit for the server environment. Characters must dress appropriately for the weather, or at least roleplay the downsides of wearing inappropriate clothes. The current weather can be seen by using the /weather command. Players must only obstruct their face when they have an in-character reason to do so and it makes sense to have their face obstructed where they are. Using /mask to hide your player's name tag behind a mask ID may only be done when the character's face is properly obstructed. Certain items in the mask store are present for character customization and shouldn't be used to /mask unless there is another object (eg. a motorcycle helmet) present to obstruct the character's face. Examples of this rule being broken: dressing your character to resemble an alien; making your body invisible or intentionally glitched; wearing a balaclava while hanging out on the beach; wearing a winter jacket during the summer; using a mask from the mask shop that does not block your character's face but hides your name with the Mask ID. 6) Character Rules When naming your character, you must consider the following; names cannot be famous or be similar to a famous person's name; names may not be the same as or similar to characters in video games, movies, TV shows or any other form of media; names should match the character's background; names should exist in the modern day and be reasonably common; names should not be comical or reference memes or pop culture; names may not contain any special characters, and they must match a Firstname Lastname format; (Hyphens are the only exception) names may not be nicknames and should be full names as they would be shown on a government-issued ID; Gag names such as Ben Dover are not allowed either. Characters must be at least 16 years old. The only exception to this rule is if you make a character with the intent on getting involved with a gang faction. This is to allow more realistic recruitment for gangs as they typically target teenagers for recruitment. These characters are allowed to be no younger than 12 years old. Admins have the final say when it comes to a name being valid or not. Players instructed to find another name should do so. None of your characters should have any impact on anything your other characters are involved in. The metagaming rule goes into more detail about this. Each of your characters should be unique from your other characters. Making similar characters that have the same motivations, goals, objectives etc. is forbidden. This is to avoid players name changing to avoid consequences. Switching names between your characters is also forbidden. Should a character be CKed or name changed, the character that comes after should have no connection to the previous character. Any character in a faction that is name changed or CKed must follow Faction Management's regulations for returning to the same faction. If a faction has no written agreement with Faction Management, then a returning character should be discussed with Faction Management. The purpose of this rule is to make sure CKs have an impact on factions. If you are charged and your case goes to court you may not namechange until two week (14 days) after the completion of your court case. You must also ensure that any asset seizures are complied with before the namechange. All players are restricted to one UCP account per player. Under no circumstances will any player receive permission to have a second account unless it's for server administration purposes (Ex: Property Master). 7) Third Party Modifications And Software Any type of game modification or software which gives a player any type of advantage over another player is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to binds or hotkeys using programs such as AutoHotkey or macros on a keyboard or mouse. Client side modding to give an advantage is also considered a breach of the rule. Client side modding may only be done for aesthetic purposes and should never be done to change the function of anything in-game. Players are permitted to use a controller to play the game. However, due to the fact that controllers have aim assist they may not be used during shootings. All shooting must be done while playing with mouse and keyboard. Controller usage for driving and flying is acceptable. E.G. Using a vehicle mod to change the handling of a vehicle or change the size to create an advantage; Spawning in items; Use of godmode or giving yourself body armour without in-character access; Usage of keybinds, hotkeys or macros to replace roleplay or give an advantage in a roleplay scene. 8.) Bug Abuse Any bugs found out by players are to be reported in the right forum section. Abusing or exploiting features in order to gain a result that is not intended by the server's script, the RageMP client and/or the game itself is considered to be bug abuse. Situations that are likely to be bugs should also be reported as they are found. Some examples are finding a property for sale that has a lot of weapons or drugs inside, finding a vehicle that is not available to purchase and finding a way to use certain scripts (such as scripted jobs) more efficiently outside of the intended use. Situations like these should be reported to an admin so it can be investigated before a player interacts with it. Any bugs discovered by players must be reported on the forums HERE under the correct section or reported in-game for staff input. Players found to be abusing/exploiting bugs in the server's script are liable to be banned. Players who are also aware of the bug but do not report witnessing abuse/exploitation may also be subject to a punishment up to a permanent ban. If you think you have discovered a bug in-game and wish to test it, it may only be done under the supervision of an admin. E.G. discovering a bug that allows you to drive locked vehicles or dealership vehicles, then driving said vehicles around; failing to report a bug which results in other players abusing it after; finding a property for sale that costs less than it should, or has the wrong interior, then failing to report it; exploiting a reported bug that allows you to duplicate assets such as weapons and money. 9) Offensive Roleplay The purpose of this rule is to find a balance between allowing players to be comfortable when playing while still allowing some freedom during roleplay. The roleplay that is restricted under this rule falls under the broad term of "Offensive Roleplay", but it does not mean that any roleplay that offends a player is not allowed. Offensive Roleplay includes the following; torture; dismemberment; other roleplay that may disgust another player, for example a graphic description of an injury. To do any of the roleplay listed above, it must be done with the OOC consent of all players involved prior to the roleplay being started. Offensive roleplay must be conducted away from other players and areas where players are likely to stumble across it. If an admin deems a location too public, it can be considered a breach of the rule. It is the responsibility of the players participating in the offensive roleplay to try to keep it away from players that may be uncomfortable with witnessing it. Players knowingly entering an area where offensive roleplay is occurring are assumed to have consented for the purposes of this rule. An example would be entering a strip club or a location where they know a character is being tortured. If a player is uncomfortable with the roleplay and they are a participant, they may request that it stops at any time. If a player witnesses offensive roleplay and they do not wish to see it, they may remove themselves from the scene. Examples: torturing a player without making sure they are fine with participating in that kind of roleplay; describing a gruesome injury in detail when someone arrives at a scene. The following types of roleplay are not allowed to happen on the server at all: incest; cannibalism; bestiality; necrophilia; paedophilia. Rape roleplay is fully forbidden. This also includes complaints, allegations, and any of the like when it comes to rape roleplay. This is to avoid possible scenes where this actually will be claimed to have had happened. Sexual roleplay is covered in Rule 19. Creation of notes are under your responsability : if sexual or offensive notes that you created are found by other players, this will be considered as offensive roleplay without permission given. 10) Robbing and Scamming Classifications: Mugging - taking or attempting to take anything of value by force, threat of force, or by putting the victim in fear. This is done on foot, no usage of vehicles. For example, people shouldn't be rolling up in a car/cars for a basic mugging. This also includes using a vehicle to travel to a new location in order to mug someone there. (/rob) & (/mug) Robbery - holding up a 24/7, a store, something that involves 'both' of the above. (/report) Burglary - breaking and entering and sometimes housebreaking, is illegally entering a building or other areas to commit a crime. (/breakins) (/arson) Scams - any form of deceitful roleplay, or fraud, in order to obtain something from another player. 10.1) Mugging It is only permitted to /rob or /mug another player for the items they have on themselves at the current time, this does not require admin permission unless within a Restricted Crime Zone. Players may not rob/force other players to withdraw money from the bank or an ATM. Debit cards/credit cards also fall into this subject. Perpetrators of a robbery are expected to do thorough /me's of where exactly you are searching on the body of the person. You cannot make one long /me to search everywhere, it needs to be broken up and then asked in a /do if any items could be found. Victims of a robbery are expected to roleplay what their robber would find based on the descriptions of the search performed on them accordingly. Only at the end of the roleplay surrounding the robbery, once the robber is done with roleplaying taking what they can take and finished with the presented search, is when the victim must /arob upon request of the robber. These following rules go forth for Law Enforcement as-well. Those being frisked by Law Enforcement, may only ask and present the command of /frisk after the RP is said and done. It is forbidden to mug anyone when: you're using a motorcycle / quad / ATV, these vehicles are fully forbidden for such roleplay unless previously approved by an administrator using /report; you're using a rented vehicle; you're using a vehicle in an unplanned petty mugging for quick cash, unless admin approved; you've travelled miles away from your characters' residential anchor to mug someone; you park up with said vehicle some blocks away and run over to a location in order to mug someone. you've baited the victim using the taxi script you've baited the victim using the advertisement script as either the buyer or seller you're not using /rob to force the other party to show their items; they're using a boat to perform an activity; you may /report to perform robberies on situations involving the previous bullet points. 10.2) Robbery Robbing a business must be approved via /report with a description of what is attempting to be robbed, this is for in the moment robberies that do not have excessive previous planning, e.g. /report We are a group of punks attempting to make some quick money, we want to try and stick up the open Vinewood 24/7 to rob the cash register. Shoplifting without the demand of any items or cash, and purely for roleplay, does not require admin permission. Robbing a business also falls under the stash-info rule. However, any cash left in the "cashbox" will now represent the cash register. Players may steal a cash register and whatever money within the "cashbox" will be issued to the robber. Large and sophisticated business robberies must be approved by IFM. They can be requested through the IFM requests board here: https://forum.gta.world/en/topic/54778-ifm-—-requests-board-formats/ using the "Heist" format. E.g. a robbery on a casino or gambling oriented business requires IFM permission. Examples: attempting to hold-up a 24/7 or café without any admin approval; attempting to rob any open business without admin approval. 10.3) Burglary You may use /breakin to rob any property, this submits a request to the administration team which you should include a brief description of your reasons. /breakin is accepted by administrators only if they have the time for it as it requires 20 minutes of active monitoring, which might be difficult to do during peak hours. Anything that is not defined within /stashinfo can be described as anywhere by the handling administrator, e.g. in plain view on a table. This includes money and items alike. If you have a key to a property that is not yours, and you are a tenant, you must still submit a breakin request to roleplay searching and taking items that are not yours. Motels are not included under this rule, leave items in a motel at your own risk as they can be taken by anyone. You may use /vbreakin to rob any vehicle, this brings up a minigame for you to complete using a lockpick. You must roleplay breaking into the vehicle before or after beginning the minigame, but not when you are already within the vehicle. You may then use /hotwire to roleplay hotwiring the vehicle, this must be done before or after you use the command, but not when you have already driven away. Examples: entering an open house and forcing the occupants inside to comply with a burglary of their house or safe without an approved /breakin request; getting a key to a property and clearing out the property inventory without an approved /breakin request; submitting multiple /breakin requests for the same property or to get a faster response, this can result in a ban from breakins. 10.4) Scams It is only permitted to scam another player for a maximum of $75,000. It is not allowed to scam properties. These include and are limited to vehicles and real estate. There are no limitations on drug and weapon scams, or on loans (a namechange / CK during an active loan will lead to your money being removed and given back to the loan contract owner). This applies to both scamming a player for a drugs or weapons and for scamming a player for money off a drug or weapon scam. Examples: offering to "look after" a vehicle and having it sold to you and refusing to return it when asked; tricking someone into selling their property to you instead of giving you keys; selling a house to someone and not giving them the attached garage. 10.5) General Robbing & Scamming Chaining robberies on your character unless adequately roleplayed will be considered unrealistic and a poor portrayal of a character, so be careful if you choose to go that way. Examples: travelling door to door to each house and/or vehicle to check if it is unlocked is considered chain robbing; consistently robbing people in a very short period of time. Players should wait a while before attempting this again; Unrealistic portrayal of robberies and characters which exist only to conduct robberies is bannable, for example: driving into the county as a gang member in South Central to conduct a robbery in Paleto Bay for no sensible IC reason (e.g. your path has not realistically led you to Paleto Bay for any discernable reason, this would be a significant drive on an IC basis); driving on a dirt bike with masks, not communicating, but pulling up to any pedestrian to conduct a gun-point robbery at drive-by; chaining robberies unrealistically, or unrealistic portrayal of a crime spree; moving from robbery to robbery and demanding victims move as quickly as possible, or clearly conducting robberies simply to gain OOC assets rather than for roleplay; conducting robberies with overuse of force (such as 4 assault rifles) or for the purpose of provoking conflict (seeking to rob people in a gang neighborhood for an excuse to shoot them); attempting to kidnap someone for the sole purpose of mugging them. 11) Property Destruction Destroying another player's property requires approval from an in-game administrator. This only applies to real estate such as apartments, houses and businesses. E.G. Setting a house on fire without the approval from an administrator. 12) Anti-Crime Zones In order to promote a more realistic environment, several parts of the map will have the level of crime in them restricted. These areas would realistically have a high police or security presence (eg. active patrol stations, airports, the subway system), heavily populated and covered by CCTV (the downtown area and tourist areas) and high levels of traffic (major intersections and highways). Note: For the purposes of this rule, role-play is considered as "initiated" when the victim could reasonably be aware of the attacker's presence or starts reacting to it. Once this occurs, the victim cannot intentionally go to a No Crime Zone and expect protection via the rules. Definition of Zones No Crime Zone — any area in which crime is forbidden no matter what. Restricted Crime Zone — any area where mugging or asportation (transporting a person from a location to mug them) cannot occur without clear permission being given by an admin beforehand. Other crimes in these areas, particularly crime that grabs attention such as shooting, are held to a higher standard. e.g; the burden is on the person deciding to shoot to prove that the situation could not have been done in a more secure location, or that the situation was pressing enough that it demanded immediate action. No other crimes are limited within this zone. Restricted Crime Zones do not apply to scripted illegal factions with a historical claim to an area, such as a gang operating within their own neighborhood or neighborhoods they would realistically operate in based on their real life equivalent and in-character development. This should not be done excessively, however. Neutral Zone — any area not covered by an anti-crime zone definition. No Crime Zones are as follows: All airports and airfields; government buildings, such as the State Capitol, city halls and hospitals (medical centers not included); banks, ATMs not included; buildings belonging to law enforcement agencies, such as their headquarters, patrol stations, jails (see jail rules), Bolingbroke Prison (which is considered active IC) and training facilities; Los Santos Fire Department buildings, such as their fire stations, headquarters, lifeguard tower and training facilities; NPC dealerships that are scripted in where you can buy cars brand new (player owned dealerships require admin permission to commit crime at); customization areas, such as clothing stores and barber shops; gun stores. Note: In instances where there is a secluded area close to a No Crime Zone, e.g. an alleyway next to a bank, this is not covered by a No Crime Zone. Restricted Crime Zones are as follows: tourist areas which include Vinewood Boulevard, Galileo Observatory (including the parking area), the Vespucci Beach promenade (the paved area with storefronts that run the length of the beach) and the Kortz Center; the University of San Andreas, Los Santos (ULSA) & Richman Hotel; Downtown Los Santos (Pillbox Hill and Legion Square), with the border defined as east of the La Puerta Freeway, south of the Del Perro Freeway, north of Adams Apple Boulevard and west of Strawberry Avenue (alleyways and other discreet locations are not counted); all freeways and highways, including the on-ramps and off-ramps, not including under them; the immediate area and parking lots of gun stores, regardless of them being open or not; Portola Drive and Little Portola (the pedestrianized zone where the single-player jewel heist occurs); the entire dock/port area (Elysian Island/Terminal); beaches connected to populated areas as well as their piers, parking areas and recreational areas (tennis courts, workout areas and skateboarding areas). This rule includes Vespucci Beach, Del Perro Beach, Chumash, Paleto Bay Beach (the border is in line with the town itself at the western-most point and ends where the beach ends on the east side). Other beaches are considered too remote and crime may freely occur there; Palmer-Taylor Power Station. Note: These areas only restrict muggings or kidnappings without prior admin approval via /report, IC justification is required and will be asked for. Some areas require a lot more justification than others. Players who are discreet and creative are a lot more likely to be able to do more crime in Restricted Crime Zones. The intent of the rule is to prevent blatantly obvious crime from occurring on a regular basis. Players are also more likely to receive permission if they are open to facing additional consequences such as allowing investigators to have CCTV footage of the incident occurring despite no cameras being scripted. Examples: Initiating any situation within a neutral zone and attempting to flee into an anti-crime zone and expect protection or for the situation to cease, anti-crime zones do not protect on-going scenarios; parking outside an ammunation and waiting for people to purchase PF guns to mug them; attempting to hijack a vehicle in front of a police station without admin approval; attempting to mug someone at the Los Santos International Airport or Elysian Island ports; attempting to kidnap someone within a subway station; attempting to mug someone at any beach within city limits. 13) Abusing a Purchase Firearm License (PF License) Admins stay out of the way of the distribution of legal firearms or ammunition unless one of the following happens: a player makes a character just to sell PF weapons, but does nothing else on that character; a member of an illegal organization uses PF weapons to supply their group rather than making IC contacts for illegal weapons; the sale of PF weapons (or weapons in general) has OOC involvement, rather than being a strictly IC process. the sale of PF weapons happens without FM approval for your character to actively use the license for the sale/providing of weaponry to others. This is to avoid the PF license abuse and this being used as a get-around for the weapon supplier role. You will now need official FM approval if your PF weapons are being sold or handed off willingly. Request permission here. Find more information here. 14) Real World Trading / OOC Asset Transfers Real World Trading is defined as trading anything with value outside of the IC environment in-game for anything of value in-game. This is not allowed under any circumstances. Trading anything in-game requires IC reasoning to match the value and importance of the item being traded. Trading items without enough IC reasoning is considered a breach of the rules. Selling firearms without establishing a proper IC relationship, giving cars away without strong IC reasons and selling a property for less money to an OOC friend are a few of the many examples this rule can be broken. You may not transfer anything between any of your characters without an approved asset transfer request. The forum to request approval can be found by clicking HERE. The same format can be used to if a friend wants to give money to help with a roleplay project when the character giving the money does not have a strong enough IC reason to do so. Anyone that provides assistance to another community members breaching this rule will also be punished. Mappers can be contacted OOC for mapping projects and paid IC money for the projects. This is the one exception to the rule as the logistics behind organizing a full interior change IC (which would require a design company, a construction company with electricians, plumbers etc.) is too large for a simple task such as mapping. E.G. Using donator features to make IC money (furniture slots and /bad are exceptions and are allowed); Trading items that have value in real life, or items on another roleplay community or platform in return for items of value on GTA World; Giving assets or money away because you're name changing, CKing or leaving the server; Paying real money for GTA World money; Transferring stockpiled weapons to a friend to help start their new faction; Transferring money from one of your characters to another; Setting up trades for OOC transfers to appear legitimate via IC means (i.e. a fake deal). 15) Scrolling Weapons It is allowed to scroll weapons without roleplay for the following weapons: Small melee weapons. (Knife, Hammer, Bottle, Dagger, KnuckleDuster, SwitchBlade, Flashlight) Small handguns. (Pistol, CombatPistol, Pistol50, SNSPistol, HeavyPistol, VintagePistol, Revolver, APPistol, StunGun, FlareGun, Glock, Sig Sauer, M&P 9 Pistols.) Small thrown weapons. (Grenade, SmokeGrenade, BZGas, Molotov, Flare) Other small guns that can be concealed easier on your body. (MachinePistol, MiniSMG, MicroSMG) If you're actively being the target of shots in a firefight, pursuit, driveby, or the like, you may directly scroll your weapon without writing out the required /me roleplay line. It is not allowed to scroll weapons without roleplay for the following weapons and situations: Larger melee weapons that would be harder to conceal on your body. (Machete, Fire Axe, Crowbar, Battle Axe, Hatchet, Golf Club) Scrolling a gun in a vehicle will require roleplay regardless of the weapon, this due to the lack of animations in these situations. This also goes for immediately scrolling your weapon after exiting a vehicle, effectively avoiding the animation in the same way. This will require roleplay in the same way as it would within the vehicle. CLARIFICATION: This means when you scroll the gun either within the vehicle, or when doing the exiting animation of the vehicle. As this means the animations overlap and you skip the animation of drawing a gun, it also at times bypasses the /ame that comes up. You're free to scroll it once the animation has played out. Roleplay is required to describe shooting from the vehicle, the roleplay cannot only be a gun present on a lap before a shootout. This means that when engaging in a hit or an attack of any kind, the roleplay should be done just before opening fire on each character's actions. The only time this does not apply is when the occupants of the vehicle take fire against them BEFORE opening fire or aiming themselves. Larger caliber and sized weapons such as rifles and shotguns will require roleplay before being scrolled. (PumpShotgun, SawnOffShotgun, DoubleBarrelShotgun, Musket/HuntingRifle, CompactRifle, Assault-/CarbineRifle, SMG, SMGMk2, CarbineRifleMk2 etc.) E.G. Player scrolls a Compact Rifle without roleplay in any situation. Player scrolls a Pistol50 while in a vehicle as either the driver or passenger. 16) Business rules Factions may not own/lease more than 2 scripted business, with a maximum of 1 per type. These businesses include: Factory Garage Clothing Store Barbershop Tattoo parlor Plastic surgeon Ammunation Gas station You may not trade back any of the money received from the script to the buyer. Example: Advertising 10% off on weapons in your ammunation, and give back 10% using 50% of the money you received in your business when the player bought the weapon. Usage of /openbusiness is restricted to: Night clubs Bars Any business which does not have a business script set up but needs the government bonus to survive Any creative shop selling low value items such as ice creams shops, restaurants etc. The feature is here to help money struggling business. If you can't run your business at all due to money, you can use it, we will not punish you for it. But if you use the feature to make increase your own character's money on top of your business already making money, it'll be considered an abuse. Feel free to reach Property Management for any exception. 17) Advertisement Rules The advertisement system is there to assist in the creation of roleplay, and assist in the trade of assets and services. Illegal advertisements are not allowed even if the intent behind them is hidden or attempted to be hidden IC. Players are expected to use other IC methods to distribute illegal items or services. Gambling and card games may only be advertised by businesses that have the licensing to host these games. Private games may be organized using other methods. Regular advertisements (/ad) is for general advertisements that are not associated with businesses or companies. The following are considered acceptable examples of using /ad: buying and selling of properties, businesses, vehicles or items of value; advertisement of events that are not associated with a business or company; advertisement of legal services. You may NOT use /ad for the following under any circumstances; looking for work ads, which can be put on the forums; ads looking for roommates; illegal advertisements of any kind; ads selling or buying legal firearms or other legal weapons outside of a licensed business; ads regarding the selling/buying of machetes selling/buying bugs/trackers ads selling/buying extended clips ads regarding selling/buying narco checks asking for rides; making requests; asking questions. Company ads (/cad) are used by companies to advertise recruitment, events, when the companies are opening their businesses and other things associated with companies. Companies may not advertise selling/buying of the following items: extended clips, narcotic testing kits, bugs/trackers or machetes. Business ads (/bad) are a feature for donators used to place a blip on the map to mark a business that is currently open. /bad should only be used for this purpose. You must pick one type of advertisement (/ad, /cad or /bad) and stick to it. Players may not use other advertisement types to get around the scripted cooldown. Players also may not use other players to avoid cooldowns. Advertisements must not be spammed. Players are expected to be courteous when advertising. Posting several ads for the same business in a short period of time is considered a breach of this rule. When advertising, ads must only use fully in-character terms. Selling cars that are "maxed out", or using similar terms such as fully upgraded or decked out, is considered to be a breach of this rule. You should describe it in a proper IC way rather than using "maxed out" to tell other players that it cannot be upgraded any further by the script. For properties, default interiors and fully mapped interiors should not be advertised differently. A singleplayer or GTA Online interior that is furnished is still considered furnished. Adding additional objects to one of those interiors or making an interior from scratch should not be the factor to determine if something is furnished or not when advertising. Examples of breaking the rule: making an advertisement to purchase firearms; advertising the sale of knives or lock picks when the person selling does not have a licensed business to do so; advertising the selling of marijuana; making an advertisement looking for a date or along the lines of "a fun time"; making an ad about looking for an eagle from the desert, implying you're looking for a Desert Eagle; advertising the search of a hitman to take someone out. 18) Jail Rules The purpose of the Jail Rules are to ensure that a more realistic and fair environment can be created within the jail. Secluded Areas, CCTV Coverage, and Count Time A secluded area is any area of the jail not covered 24/7 by CCTV or deputies. These locations are the interior of cells, alcoves, nooks, crannies, and corners of rooms. If an event occurs which deputies would feasibly witness, inmates should use /jevent to alert deputies. The jail is manned 24/7 by custody deputies on an in-character basis who watch every cellblock and patrol inmate-access areas. This cannot always feasibly be represented in-game, but if your character is in jail, they are being watched by deputies on closed-circuit television and through one-way windows. Inmates must roleplay this appropriately. The entire exterior perimeter is monitored 24/7 by closed-circuit television cameras and deputies within watch towers, guard posts, and beyond. Authorized prison gangs are permitted to conduct jump-ins, killings, checks, and other illicit activities within secluded areas provided they use the /jevent command to alert deputies if it would feasibly be noticed. In certain circumstances, it is permissible for these to spill out into public areas (such as an inmate attempting to flee from their own death). When this happens, the prison gang responsible should alert deputies on Discord so that a proper in-character response can be organized. If a response can not be organized within a reasonable timeframe, any roleplay concerning retaliation should be paused for 24 hours until a feasible IC response occurs. Count times are periodically conducted on an IC basis, so any inmate missing from their cell at a designated timeframe would be noticed. This necessitates players reporting through /jevent if their character would be missing at count time for whatever reason. (For instance, if they are deceased in a different cell, escaped with authorization, or are eluding custody.) Fear Rules Inmates must abide by realistic standards of fear. Jail is an environment where fear rules, if inmates are needlessly provoking other inmates, causing issues, or not portraying their character correctly within the environment, they are liable to be CK'd with admin permission or administratively punished. The average person would fear jail. NPC Roleplay - Mandatory Cases Any roleplayed usage of tear gas or pepper-spray by the Sheriff's Department must be roleplayed by inmates. Sheriff's deputies without gas masks or facial coverings must also roleplay the use in close quarters circumstances. /jrequest and /jevent Abuse of the /jrequest or /jevent command can result in a ban. Inmates should only use /jevent to alert deputies of information pertinent to their own characters. For instance, it is against the rules for an inmate to use /jevent to report that a rival prison gang is dealing drugs on the yard. Fight/Brawl/Riot/Killing Rules 1 on 1 fights between inmates are acceptable within a secluded setting so long as they do not lead to the death of an inmate and both parties mutually agree to the roleplay at any time. These fights should be fully roleplayed with /me's and avoid using the script. At any other time, any spontaneous fights between inmates must be accompanied by at least 3 custody deputies in-game - this means riots, killings, and beyond. Attacking a deputy requires a minimum of 4 deputies in-game, and a /jevent should be sent by the inmates conducting the attack if it is in a public area. If inmates gain control over a cellblock and have "knocked out" all in-game deputies, a /jevent should be sent by inmates to indicate their control. Escapes Jail escapes, or escapes from custody, must meet the following conditions: Three types of escape: Spontaneous - Unplanned, uncoordinated, based purely on opportunity. Planned - Coordinated, based on rigorous planning and exercise. Breakout - With assistance from exterior forces. Interior Escapes - A planned escape from the jail must be authorized by the administration team. Spontaneous escapes may be permissible dependent upon the condition of the jail, but this will be determined jointly by FM and Sheriff's Department leadership. Interior escapes may only be attempted if there are more than 10 deputies in-game. Planned escapes MUST, if accomplished, be accompanied by a /jevent by the escapee indicating their character was missed at count time, and if they were within the frame of CCTV tracking, also indicating how they escaped. Interior breakouts are ONLY permitted if assisted through a corrupt deputy, and only then with authorization by a level 4 administrator or above. It is impossible to escape the jail with keys solely carried by custody deputies. On an in-character basis, keys carried by custody deputies solely access staff-only areas, but any exterior exit is operated manually through a CCTV control room. Exterior Escapes - (such as during a work program or community service event) must be authorized by the administration team and may happen spontaneously. A minimum of 5 custody deputies must be in-game to attempt an exterior escape. Breakouts must be authorized by level 4 admins and above and must be planned extensively through IC mediums and must not be done unrealistically - it is unlikely that a criminal organization would risk killing a large number of law enforcement officers, rather they may simply leave tools or escape materials at a location. Any death suffered during the escape attempt by inmates attempting or assisting the escape is automatically a character kill. After the escape is accomplished, the character is no longer at risk of being character killed. Obstructive Behavior Flooding a cellblock, setting fires, or feasibly altering the operation of the jail requires at minimum 4 deputies to be in-game. Trespassing - Exterior and Staff-Only Areas Characters trespassing on jail property requires permission from the administration team. Characters entering a staff-only area also requires the permission of the administration team. Due to CCTV monitoring, a /jevent must be sent to indicate a trespasser is within the jail perimeter or secure access area. A minimum of 4 custody deputies must be in-game. Smuggling On an IC basis, all characters are thoroughly strip searched prior to being admitted into the facility. However, characters may smuggle items into the jail at their own risk if they roleplay hiding it on their person through the use of screenshots. A player does not require permission to smuggle any items into the jail system outside of egregious materials, such as firearms, explosives, or escape material. Smuggled items may also be "stashed" with screenshot evidence to indicate items on a character are actually elsewhere. 19) Sexual Roleplay Rules The purpose of this rule is to restrict predatory behaviour and reduce sexualization within the community. "Player" refers to the person behind the screen. "Character" refers to the character created by the player that exists in-game. Character descriptions must describe the character's general demeanour and appearance for players involved with roleplay. Character descriptions should not intentionally sexualize the character and should be rather neutral in describing the character. For clarification, this covers the character description script that a player can set using /attributes and another player can view using /examine. Sexual roleplay is defined as any roleplay that can be considered to be sexual activity or can lead up to sexual activity. This includes sexual touching. Fade to Black is defined as choosing to skip a roleplay scene as opposed to roleplaying it out in detail. Typically, the involved parties agree on what would have happened between the involved characters and simply move on. Players who are under the age of 18 cannot participate in any form of sexual roleplay. Characters under 18 are not allowed to be involved in any form of sexual roleplay. This includes entering strip clubs or any other 'erotic' functions. Rape roleplay (which includes all the sexual acts defined as rape by US or EU laws) is fully forbidden on the server. Characters/Accounts that exist only for the purposes of engaging in sexual roleplay are forbidden. Every character needs to participate in roleplay outside of sexual activity in order to not be in breach of this rule. Sexual roleplay may only happen if every player that can see the roleplay consents to it. Players who do not want to participate in sexual roleplay may freely remove themselves from the location where it is occurring. Sexual roleplay must occur in a private setting to minimize the chances of other players stumbling across the roleplay. Players may be punished if they are discovered engaging in sexual acts in public if they are unable to prove they did their best to not be discovered. In summary, the following must all apply before sexual roleplay can occur: all involved players are 18 years old or older; all involved characters are 18 years old or older; each player has agreed to participate and understands that the roleplay must immediately stop if an involved player gets uncomfortable; all involved players are responsible for making sure players that have not consented cannot stumble across the roleplay (eg. roleplaying in a locked interior); players may not encourage other players to participate in sexual roleplay using OOC means. This may also extend to trying to convince a player to engage in sexual acts of any kind when the character is clearly unwilling to participate. Players are strongly encouraged to report any sexual roleplay that involves characters or players under the age of 18. Additional Notes: Sexual roleplay in a public location can be defined as anything from engaging in sexual activity in anywhere that isn't in an interior to engaging in sexual activity in an interior that is easily accessed by several other players (such as a business or property with lots of players renting). Businesses that have sexual roleplay occurring inside (such as a sex shop or a club with exotic dancers) should be clearly advertised as such in order to warn players of that type of roleplay occurring. 20) Lore and Continuity In order to create an immersive environment for players to enjoy, the admin team have defined the IC lore and continuity of the world we play in. In the same way other types of RP have their own lore, we have created our own. This rule exists to allow admins to ensure players are sticking to the lore. Players are required to follow any lore and continuity outlined. This is to make sure everyone is on the same page. Intentionally ignoring any continuity can ruin the immersion in a given RP scene. An example is someone saying their character is from Los Angeles, which is replaced by Los Santos in our lore. All information can be found here. 21) Returning to RP after Injuries/Death Players who have died and are looking to return to roleplay in the same location or with the same group must wait until the situation that resulted in their death has been concluded. (For example, all emergency services have left or surviving members of your group have concluded associated roleplay). Players are expected to use their best judgement to ensure they do not return to a situation when the direct ramifications of their death are not being dealt with. It is up to the player to excuse themselves from the situation immediately if they return while their death is still being actively investigated or any potential retribution is being discussed by their character's friends. Law Enforcement roleplayers should wait until the immediate hunt / on scene investigation for their killers has concluded before returning on duty and may not participate in any investigation or situations related to their death going forward. In the event your character is shot or stabbed or sustains some sort of significant injury (regardless of whether or not you are put in injury mode) the player must roleplay treatment; whether this means being treated at a hospital (player/NPC) or with another player at a residence if the injuries are not too severe. The character must also wait either one full hour or until the roleplay surrounding your injuries are concluded prior to returning to a scene. These guidelines are the bare minimum, and if a character sustains major injuries (ie: four or five gunshots) they are encouraged to wait for a longer period of time. Law Enforcement characters should avoid returning to duty immediately after recovering from their injuries and must adhere to the one hour rule to prevent potential interaction with the situation that resulted in their shooting. Those within factions that have standardized "medical leaves" must RP the medical leave time that is presented by the faction. If you request 48 hours of medical leave for example, you shouldn't return three hours later. The generalized reason for these rules are to allow players to keep a steady "immersion" for other players that might be involved in the same situations you were injured/killed in. In reality, if you are shot, you are usually in the hospital for several hours or days and then must work through a recovery phase where you usually have to "rehab" that body part to start working again. Players should use common sense on if they need a longer recovery then an hour OOC time. We don't want to restrict players from playing, as we can understand some only have limited time, however, it is important that we uphold a high standard of RP without interrupting a mass amount of time from a player where they might only be able to play for an x amount of hours. 16. Short description: The ability to cook crack from materials that can be bought at the hardware store & 24/7. This suggestion also reworks the way that drugs affect your health, addiction, and dependency. I write this suggestion in good hope that drugs will then serve a purpose, opening a variety of roleplay possibilities, expanding the black market, giving more purpose to EMT, and expanding endless new stories through player's lives. Detailed description: The server right now is really sparse when it comes to drugs whether it be the availability or selection. Right now there are no real repercussions for using cocaine, which is one of the only three available drugs in the server (correct me if I'm wrong). This suggestion will give criminals/dealers more ways to interact with their peers & markets, increase the repercussions of using drugs hence developing interesting RP stories, developing a heavy drug addiction and dependency. EMT will now serve a purpose to hospitals, thus opening the possibilities to even having players roleplay "Doctors" or "Health Specialists" whilst opening "Rehab Centers", etc. The suggestion also implements some items which will give police and law enforcement an array of possibilities to make arrests based on probable cause through drug paraphernalia, etc. The best part of this suggestion is that a lot of the functions are already built into the server, some just need a rework. This suggestion was partially created to add new features and to compliment additions to the existing addiction system. I hope this would be looked over as I truly believe this is something that can indeed add the environment we need in the server. ❤️ A lot of the materials needed are already available through the brewery job, so that'd make those items highly recyclable and give them more purpose. * Please note, what I'm about to suggest demonstrate are based on personal experience and extensive research on the effects. Some things I may have changed to accommodate the server economy & game's limitations and for the sake of simplicity. * C R A C K " Crack cocaine, also known simply as crack or rock, is a free base form of cocaine that can be smoked. Crack offers a short but intense high to smokers. The Manual of Adolescent Substance Abuse Treatment calls it the most addictive form of cocaine. " INGREDIENTS: (x3) Cocaine [3 Grams] (Bought through a dealer, distributor, supplier, etc.) (x3) Baking Soda (Bought in a 24/7) $50 (x1) Cooler Freezer (Bought in a Hardware Store) $2500 (x2) Water (x1) Iron Pot (x1) Mixing Bucket (x1) Burner (x1) Propane Tank COOKING CRACK: The process would be similar to how you'd brew moonshine by placing the items you need in order to cook & with the possibility of a bad batch. 1) Add [2] Water to the Mixing Bucket 2) Add [1] Cocaine to the Mixing Bucket * Start Process Timer Begins (30 Seconds) / This will form a new ingredient called: [1] Dissolved Cocaine * Collect 3) Add [3] Dissolved Cocaine to the Mixing Bucket 4) Add [3] Baking Soda to the Mixing Bucket * Start Process Timer Begins (30 Seconds) / This will form a new ingredient called: [1] Cocaine Mix * Collect 5) Add [1] Cocaine Mix to the Iron Pot * Start Process Timer Begins (45-120 Seconds) / This will form a new ingredient called: [1] Boiled Mix * Collect 6) Add [1] Boiled Mix to the Cooler Freezer * Start Process Timer Begins (45-180 Seconds) / This will form a new ingredient called: [5] Crack Cocaine * Collect COCAINE TO CRACK RATIO: 3 Grams of Low Grade Cocaine = 8 Grams of Low Grade Crack 3 Grams of High Grade Cocaine = 5 Grams of High Grade Crack CRACK EFFECTS: 1) Blurry/wobbly screen - similar or the same to the one you get when you ingest cocaine. (Lasts 120 Seconds) 2) Your HP will increase by 40%. (Lasts 5 Minutes) 3) Regain Full Health HOW TO USE THE CRACK? 1) Buy a Glass Pipe available to buy in either General Stores or Hardware Stores. 2) Do /useitem [inventory id of crack] once you're in possession of the Glass Pipe AFTER THE GLASS PIPE IS USED Another cool thought I had was once the glass pipe was used, it will then become a "Used Glass Pipe" in the player's inventory. I believe this could be simply done through conditional bools programmatically. This opens up the door for law enforcement to have probable cause to search the player and/or their vehicle to see if they uncover anything more. Not to mention, in possession of a Used Glass Pipe would technically be a criminal offense if it has any crack residue on it. A D D I C T I O N Note: This would exclude Marijuana as data show Marijuana does not have any known addiction properties but rather prone to persons with addictive personalities. If anyone could clarify this and send me links to data, I'd appreciate it. ADDICTION CHANCE: For every time the player does not become addicted and uses again, the chance of becoming addicted increases. 1) First Time Use - Random chance of becoming addicted (eg. Fiening for more) - Dice Roll (1/10 | 10 Being 100%) 2) Second Time Use - Random chance of becoming addicted (eg. Fiening for more) - Dice Roll (1/6 | 6 Being 100%) 3) Third Time Use - Random chance of becoming addicted (eg. Fiening for more) - Dice Roll (1/3 | 3 Being 100%) ADDICTION ACCUMULATION: What happens every time the player smokes? - An addiction meter can be implemented to reflect the level of addiction the player has accumulated through the back end. - The total number of percentage would be from 0-100%. - For every use (even if the player is not addicted), this integer will rise per (random) %. - The higher this number, the more chances of the player becoming addicted. - This can be multiplied by [Addiction Accumulation * Addiction Chance = Addiction Level] ADDICTION EFFECTS BY %: Players will see their conditions worsen dependant of the total of their "Addiction Level". These numbers only reflect an example and I shall leave it to the devs to come up with a proper % system. The effects can be withheld by ingesting more crack cocaine. 1) 0-35% - Players suffer a loss of 20% health p/hour. 2) 36-65% - Players suffer a loss of 35% health p/hour. 3) 65-100% - Players suffer a loss of 50% health p/hour. O V E R D O S E Another feature that was brought up was overdosing. This would improve the quality behind roleplaying drugs and what it can lead to. Again, please note that the systems put in place are not meant to be 100% accurate but more to compliment and abide by the server's capabilities and laws. FEATURE OVERVIEW Just as the Addiction system, the overdosing system would work on a similar system, only that it will be timer-based from first ingestion-per-gram. For every gram you ingest, the overdose chance rises (x) amount of points. For every gram, there will be a cool-down timer until (x) amount of points get taken from your overdose level. The overdose meter will not be visible to the player, as this would be unrealistic. Rather, the player can detect an overdose by a slightly red screen which sets in depending on how close the player is to overdose. The slight red screen can be a visible form of displaying the player's "Vitals", such as heartbeat, etc. The overdose system is a compliment to the quality of the drug. Each drug has its unique Overdose Points (for the sake of time, let's call it ODP). How does one overdose? Too much of that drug within a short time frame will lead to... You guessed it. An overdose. People can often overdose even with one-time use. But since there is no vital implementation on the server (Not even sure if it's possible) and there is no weight/height based system, this is something that would be hard to do systematically. So for the sake of simplicity, this is the way I'm suggesting it. ODP ACCUMULATION: How will the player accumulate Overdose Points? - A point system ranging from 0-10, 10 being a complete overdose. (This can be modified as see fit). - A cooldown timer of 10 minutes per gram before the points reset. (Up to devs to decide the amount of time). - Overdose Points are accumulative, meaning, each gram will add on top of the other. - Each drug has it's own unique ODP per gram, depending on the quality & drug. - The quality of the drug will determine the ODP. The lower the grade, the less ODP the player gets (less purity). COOLDOWN TIMER: How will the cooldown timer work? - 1 Gram Of High Grade Cocaine = 4 Points - Timer Begins For That Gram If the player does not intake any more cocaine, once the timer hits 0, the points for that gram reduces from the overall ODP. If the player intakes more cocaine while the timer is equal to or more than 1 minute from the last intake, then the timer resets to 10 minutes with total points of 8. EFFECTS OF AN OVERDOSE: What will happen on the overdosing player's screen to let them know they're overdosing. - The player screen begins to redden - The player cannot type - An animation would be displayed to show the player on the floor either unconscious or having a seizure - Player addiction level instantly goes to 100% (This will help connect with the treatment system) - If the player is not treated and taken to the hospital within 10 minutes, they will die (PK). TREATMENT: A shot of Methadone is needed to stop the overdose (PK). Once the player has been given the Methadone, they must be transported to get treatment. EMT / DOCTOR COMMANDS: A command to help EMT/Doctors diagnose if the player is having an overdose. /checkvidals - Oversees the player's vitals which would display their overdose points level /givemethadone [id] - Gives Methadone to the overdosing player Example: * John Doe snorted some Low Grade Cocaine. John has never done Cocaine, so his ODP is 0. Once he snorts the Low Grade Cocaine, his ODP would add 2 points. John feels fine, dancing the night away, but it hasn't been 10 minutes yet. * John Doe snorted some High Grade Cocaine. Oh, seems like John got some better stuff... He just added 4 points, equal to 6. John seems to feel fine, still dancing the night away... John decides he still needs to keep going but is feeling tired... * John Doe snorted some High Grade Cocaine. A few minutes pass, but the first ODP points are still accumulated on top of the others. Since the number of points has reached 10, John starts to feel sick. His screen goes red, he can't type, he falls to the ground and starts to seizure. This is just an example of a club night out and too much cocaine. Q U A L I T Y In addition, I've come up with a system that introduces quality to drugs. The quality would impact the effects, duration, and price of the drugs, as well as increase or reduce the risk of overdose dependant on the purity (aka quality). The system can introduce quality to both drugs given to suppliers and drugs which are manufactured. This could be used as a base which can be expanded as the developers see fit. RULE OF THUMB: For simplicity, quality of all drugs could be driven by 2 classes of potency. Low Grade - Cheap but shorter-term effects, higher chance of addiction. Low Grade - Wobble lasts longer, while the incentives are shorter. Low Grade - Since the drug is most likely to be "stepped on / cut" hence less potent, overdose chance is lower. High Grade - Expensive but longer-term effects, default chance of addiction. High Grade - Wobbles are shorter, while incentives are longer. High Grade - The higher the purity, the more chances of overdose. This is common knowledge. Wobbles? Why does it matter? Wobbles make you swerve whilst driving, it can also impair your walk, thus, hinting law enforcement that you're intoxicated. So the general rule would be; The higher the quality the less wobble time & wobble / The crappier vise-versa. ADDICTION CHANCE MULTIPLIER: If the drug has an "Addiction Chance Multiplier" through "Low Grade" this is the system that'll determine the final percentage. To showcase this example, let's say the low-grade drug has an Addiction Multiplier of 30%. You would multiply the base addiction change by that percentage to achieve a final chance of addiction. See below: * John Doe snorted some Low Grade Cocaine. This would activate a multiplier of 4 (or 40%) of the initial base chance. In this case, it is John's first time using Cocaine. A dice would roll (not visible to the player) - let's say the "Addiction Chance" rolls a 6 (or 60%). if (Addiction Chance >= 1) [ 6 in this case ] then add (Addiction Chance + Low Grade Cocaine Multiplier) This would equal the chance to 10 (or 100%) In this case, the player would now achieve Stage 1 Addiction (0-35%). [See Addiction Accumulation] * DRUG EFFECTS BY QUALITY: (Looking for suggestions on how Heroin should work - a benefit and a downside.) 1) Cocaine Low Grade Cocaine - Wobble Effect Lasts 1-4 Minute(s) - Aftereffects (Fuzzy Screen) Lasts 5-10 Minutes - +20HP for 20 Minutes - Addiction Chance Increases By 3 - Overdose Chance +2 High Grade Cocaine - Wobble Effects Lasts 0:30-2 Minute(s) - Aftereffects Last 2-6 Minutes - Gain Full Health - +50HP for 30 Minutes - Default Addiction Chance - Overdose Chance +4 2) Crack Cocaine Low Grade Crack - Wobble Effect Lasts 4-10 Minute(s) - Aftereffects (Fuzzy Screen) Lasts 5-10 Minutes - +40HP for 20 Minutes - Addiction Chance Increases By 5 - Overdose Chance +1 High Grade Crack - Wobble Effects Lasts 0:30-2 Minute(s) - Aftereffects Last 3-5 Minutes - Gain Full Health - +100HP for 60 Minutes - Default Addiction Chance - Overdose Chance +3 3) Marijuana Low Grade Marijuana - Wobble Effect Lasts 2-5 Minute(s) - Aftereffects (Fuzzy Screen) Lasts 5-10 Minutes - +10HP for 30 Minutes High Grade Marijuana - Wobble Effects: None - Aftereffects (Fuzzy Screen) Last 2-6 Minutes - Gain Full Health - +30HP for 60 Minutes Please note that Marijuana is a give or take situation - Either you enjoy the screen effects or you don't - Please feel free to comment on this. T R E A T M E N T & H O S P I T A L S Players can get treatment by going to the hospital and/or getting treated by EMT through the use of Methadone. This also opens the possibility of having hospital interiors where players can RP a "Doctor" treating patients. This also opens up the possibilities of "Rehab Centers". The possibilities are endless. /checkaddiction [ID] - A command letting doctors/EMT use to see a player's addiction percentage. Using /checkaddiction will let doctors/EMT scan the player's addiction percentage in order to properly diagnose the treatment they need and help establish a Methadone plan. In order for this command to work, the player will need to be at a hospital and only Doctors / EMT can check this through IC tests. The player must obviously also be within reasonable range. Obviously, through IC, people are expected to roleplay these scenarios. The amount of Methadone needed would be varied by the "Addiction Accumulation". 1) 0-30% - Players would need 1 Methadone 2) 31-50% - Players would need 2 Methadone 3) 51-75% - Players would need 3 Methadone 4) 76-100% - Players would need 4 Methadone The amount of Methadone given can be roleplayed through "sessions", which can be roleplayed as needed. This, of course, is just one idea which can develop to many others. Commands to add: /checkaddiction [ID] /checkvidals [ID] /checkvidals [ID] If a player tries to use Crack Cocaine without a Glass Pipe: ALERT MESSAGE: "You need a Glass Pipe to use that!" Items to add: Baking Soda (100 Grams) (General Store) [$50] Cooler Freezer (4,500 Grams) (General Store OR Hardware Store) [$2500] Dissolved Cocaine Boiled Mix Glass Pipe (50 Grams) (General Store OR Hardware Store) [$500] Used Glass Pipe (50 Grams) Low Grade Cocaine High Grade Cocaine Low Grade Crack Cocaine High Grade Crack Cocaine Low Grade Marijuana High Grade Marijuana How would your suggestion improve the server? This suggestion will give criminals/dealers more ways to interact with their peers & markets, increase the repercussions of using drugs hence developing interesting RP stories, developing a heavy drug addiction and dependency. EMT will now serve a purpose to hospitals, whilst opening opportunities for players to train in becoming doctors and/or rehab specialists. The use of glass pipes will open the door for more RP possibilities to law enforcement, encouraging probably cause and beyond. Overall, I think this suggestion will establish the start of a unique feature that can easily transition into bigger diverse projects. In summary: - Profession Possibilities - More Criminal Activities - Great Addition For Law Enforcement - Drug RP Would Serve Bigger Purpose - More RP Story Development Through Addiction - Overall Higher Character Development Environment Additional information: Be on the lookout for my Mushrooms/LSD suggestion. ? Thoughts & comments appreciated. ?

  17. So you're here to learn how to moonshine, eh? First things first, let's talk money. Moonshining Preparation To get set up, you need to buy the following from the tool store: Iron Pot - $750 (750g) Mixing Bucket - $500 (500g) Blue Barrel - $1250 (1000g) Propane Tank - $450 (2000g) Burner - $400 (250g) This means that you need at least $3350 and 4500 grams of space just to buy the tools and items to moonshine. WARNING: DO NOT BUY MORE THAN ONE OF EACH. YOU CANNOT PLACE MORE THAN ONE DOWN ANYWHERE. Next, you need to buy your cookin' materials. You can find all of these for sale at the farmers market. For 1 batch of moonshine, which produces 10 bottles of moonshine, you will need the following: 8 Waterbottles - (3$) (300g) 20 Corn/Wheat/Rye - ($5) (100g) 6 Sugar - ($5) (100g) 4 Yeast - (1$) (7g) These are the total items that you need to buy per batch. Of course, you can buy in bulk, but make sure you have enough space! One batch costs approximately $158 and 5028 grams of space. The Process Once you've acquired the needed items, you can start brewing! To begin, have the iron pot, mixing bucket, blue barrel, propane tank, and burner in your inventory. Next, type /brew and place down your items close to each other. This can be done both indoors and outdoors. Next, have the following on hand: 8 Waterbottles 20 Corn/Wheat/Rye 6 Sugar 4 Yeast Once your tools have been placed on the ground, press Y and select mixing bucket. Press the "Check ingredients" option, and press the enter key on each option to place your ingredients inside. Next, back out of the "Check ingredients" option, and press "Start process". The mixing bucket will take approximately 1 minute. Once it is complete, you will get a notification in your chat menu that you can collect. Once collected, you will now have 66 Corn/Rye/Wheat mash. Move on to the iron pot, and place your mash in with the same method. Begin the process the same way too. The iron pot will take 2 minutes to produce 8 Corn/Rye/Wheat wash. Finally, place the wash and 4 yeast into the blue barrel and begin the process. This will also take 2 minutes to complete. Once done, the blue barrel will produce 10 bottles of whatever kind of moonshine you made! Congratulations, you're now a moonshiner! You can now drink your moonshine, sell it to other players, or sell it to a liquor store. Liquor stores can be located through /brew, and the going price is $120 per bottle of moonshine. That means per batch, you are making $1200. Moonshining Tips and Tricks Make sure you have a vehicle with large inventory to carry materials. The biggest problem for moonshiners isn't cash, but weight of the materials. Placing your moonshine setup near the farmers markets is the most ideal, but of course that means you will be outside and in possible danger from robbers/the cops. Choose your location wisely. The initial time to get your first batch is 5 minutes, from mixing bucket to iron pot to blue barrel. However, once you have begun the process, you can preload materials and once the first batch is done, you will be getting a new batch every two minutes at optimal workload. Preload, preload, preload. This is the secret to making moonshine fast. Feel free to make comments, ask questions, or point out inaccuracies!

  18. I think the server has reached the point in both terms of size and quality of RP to allow for a proper government with an election system. I've done this before in an RP server so I wouldn't mind writing up a draft as a suggestion if the interest is there. What do you think about the possibility of elections and a proper working government with a working senate/house of representatives? Would it be a state-level government (my personal preference due to differences in power), or a city-level government? So many new features can come from this, and not all of them even have to be scripted - for example, lobbying, could business owners pressure the government into working in one direction, could the opposition expose this? Corruption, how would that work, how would it be counteracted? Legislation and drug law - could upset very powerful people in the streets, but do they have the power to combat it? Budgets, that would be in the hands of the players and their elected representatives. I would love to write a draft for a system to submit for consideration, but first I need to hear YOUR ideas, so let's hear them! What are the pros and cons, what would you like to see?
