  1. I like everything. Facebrowser, this is completely new for me, and i love it. Good base of players. Good staffs and continuous development. The only thing that I don't like is that everyone is able to open a workshop, simply by opening it himself, when possibly due to his character development he doesn't have to, the amount of garages that are on the map by day today is a clear case that has gone out of hand, and the worst is that it affects everyone, because there are so many that users will go to only one, leaving the rest without RP (which is what we are looking for here, since the "script" jobs have been limited and will be completely eliminated in the future). Plus, many owners now offer "free fees", such as bars and clubs that offer "free drinks", a clear nonsense.

  3. The National Vanguard, sometimes called 'The Cause' or the 'Aryan Nation' is a highly organized coalition of white supremacist criminal organizations in the United States. The organization comes from the historic albeit mainly symbolic 'unification' of the original Aryan Brotherhood and the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas into the United Aryan Brotherhood in May 2018. The nature of the compromise lead to a shift within Peckerwood culture which has resulted in a enthused push towards unified enterprise among a wide variety of skinhead gangs throughout the Southwestern United States which inspired the inclusion of the traditionally antagonistic Aryan Circle. This mutually agreed cooperation was further set in stone with the loyalty pledge of the Oregon-based criminal organization called the European Kindred which allowed the adherent gangs of the Vanguard to more easily push their ideals to the street through this exhibition of momentum. With a vast majority of regional leaders adhering to the concept a significant portion of street gangs similarly followed suit; predictably the first gangs to pledge loyalty were the Nazi Lowriders and Public Enemy Number 1 who were eventually followed by a myriad of others thus granting the alliance a street presence in several states. The group claims to be a nationwide criminal syndicate but in reality it's presence is limited to the southwestern states from Oregon to Texas with it's main hub of influence and source of manpower being San Andreas. The organization upholds the traditional alliance it has with the Mexican Mafia and by extension a numerous array of Sureno gangs which has offered it established contacts and even potential allies in the criminal world. As of October 2018 the Vanguard has engaged in a major surge in it's Los Santos-based activities pushing it even greater into the realm of public scrutiny with a controversial Weazel News editorial labeling the group as "one of the nations greatest threats to national security" even going so far as to demand it be labeled a homegrown terrorist organization. In reality, however, the groups primary motivation remains the acquisition of wealth through illicit means with much of it's political connections seemingly left by the wayside. Organization & Operations The group's structure is highly militaristic with a dedicated hierarchy of groups that form the foundation of it's daily operations. The nucleus of the group stems from the Aryan Brotherhood as well as it's cohorts which act as the primary executive force of the coalition that enforces discipline, settles disputes and organizes a vast majority of it's criminal enterprises. Within the Vanguard the old-school prison gangs have established themselves as it's nobility and it's within the highest aspirations of much of it's client gangs to prove themselves and thus be inducted into 'The Brand.' Cracking down on the faction's leadership has proven to be an immense struggle for law enforcement as it's members are capable of relaying messages to and from the street with relative ease with the assistance of coded messages as well as cellphones smuggled into prison. As a result, the group remains coordinated and capable of extensive operations from both sides of the correctional system. Below the 'executive branch' of the group are it's 'commissioned' groups who're, in essence, gangs that are officially sanctioned by the leadership and are deemed the most reliable to conduct criminal operations with it's leaders acting as lieutenants for shotcallers. These groups are mainly those who have established long-lasting ties and maintain a degree of power on the streets and are therefore utilized primarily for enforcement as well as command & control of lesser gangs. It's not uncommon for these groups to prove themselves as enthusiastically violent and a vast majority of it's membership is made up of ex-cons who are nonetheless capable of being relied upon to conduct sensitive tasks. Outside of their internal duties commissioned members are also expected to help enrich the Vanguard through drug trafficking, homicide, theft, extortion and overall intimidation. Due to it's widely disparate membership the group has vastly diverse investments in numerous illicit businesses with a rapidly fluctuating profit margin. At the bottom of the totem pole lies the associates of the group made up of misguided teenagers, latchkey kids and other up-and-coming criminals looking for guidance, protection and some money in the pocket. Associate gangs are numerous and can be made up of anywhere from five to fifty members in number and hold territory no bigger than a skate park or a single street - a place many of them operate from as is. These groups often act in support of the higher echelon under more experienced criminals and are very rarely trusted to handle anything of importance on their own, this often leads them to being utilized as anything from lookouts to foot soldiers to even glorified chauffeurs. The ideal final destination for most associates is either their personal recruitment into a commissioned gang or the overall elevation of their own gang to receive a commissioned charter and therefore join the ranks of more seasoned factions such as NLR, PEN1 and even the Aryan Crusaders. The National Vanguard does not intend to hold territory, instead opting to delegate and operate out of specified areas rather than claiming ownership of them outright. Shotcallers are organized into committees that determine regional or city-wide operations whilst commissioned members are designated areas of control. Associate gangs within these zones often fall under the tutelage of these commissioned gangs whether they intend to or not and those that try and push their independence often have a lengthy and possibly deadly struggle ahead of them. Within these areas the designated crews will attempt to do business with other factions, sell drugs, tax independents and of course recruit more members and work to acquire higher levels of weaponry. If war happens to break out in an area that spills out of control the group in charge of the area is expected to fight on the front-lines and utilize associates whenever it's seen as necessary, they are not limited in the struggle, however, and can reach out to other allied gangs for assistance. Culture Aspects of life in the Vanguard stems from three crucial pillars that all members are expected to adhere to; respect, loyalty and strength. Conveniently for most of it's members, these rules are the way of life in prison and naturally it's a lifestyle they expect to emulate on the streets. Members are impressed upon to have the utmost respect for their superiors and more experienced members with punishments varying from beatings to even death depending on the level of severity. Members are also expected to always show heart even in the most dire of circumstances, outward perceptions of strength are extremely crucial to the group as it absolutely resents any aspects of weakness. Snitching in any regard even if it's unintended results in death no matter how highly placed the member and members are always 'checking up' on others to truly judge and compare their criminal aptitudes. Members of the Aryan Brotherhood are the most influential and powerful members within the alliance and their prison-based culture is rife within it's membership. Outside of it's prison-inspired code of ethics the Vanguard very much maintains it's Peckerwood heritage which itself is an amalgamation of the punk rock scene combined with elements of stoner culture as well as Latino gang style. Politically the group is of course skinhead in nature with varying degrees of enthusiasm for it's hateful rhetoric, some view it pragmatically whilst others dive into it wholesale but regardless the group employs a wide range of white power symbolism with a strong emphasis on tattoos to exhibit association. Religiously the group maintains a standard array of faiths albeit with a strong undercurrent of Neo-pagan undertones that permeates a large core of it's membership who often sincerely venerate Viking faith and value systems frequently tattooing themselves with Pagan symbolism or baring items of similar value. Due to it's wide array of member groups dispersed throughout a comparatively large region within the United States, cultural standards vary greatly between it's constituents with many different groups practicing different cultural practices or internal operation which becomes more standardized the higher one climbs in the organization. OOC & RECRUITMENT This group seeks to portray a fictional rendition of real-life white gang culture & organization and naturally will conduct itself as such in-game. The leadership of this faction reserves CK rights on any and all members of the organization for serious infractions. Members are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and avoid breaking community rules throughout the course of their time within the group and on the server in general. Those seeking to join are advised to either PM me here on the forums or on Discord(Thimble#3548) or through simply role-playing with us in-game, be advised that those intending to join via messaging me will be expected to speak on their characters backstory to ensure it's within the groups expectations. Know that is faction is highly antagonistic and conflict is an inevitability, you may very likely be putting your character at risk by associating with or joining a gang that remains part of the National Vanguard which has the definitive possibility to end in a CK if you aren't careful. For gangs portraying themselves as a sect of the Sureno lifestyle we openly accept cooperation and established storylines to help the mutual narrative we both share in the criminal element of the server. Other white gangs or even MC's are also sought out for engagement by us to help aid mutual development whether you believe in our rhetoric and want to sign onto the charter or even if you seek to resist us, we wish to expand the horizons of this server and bring about engaging roleplay regardless of association so long as a standard level of competence as well as respect is maintained.

  4. Short description: When we're dead, we can't move our camera, and it's really difficult to see if someone comes to help us, like the FD. Detailed description: I do not know if it's possible, but it would be really nice if we could move our camera when we're dead, right now the camera is frozen, and we can't move the camera to see around of us, it could help us if the FD comes, or any other player, plus, camera changes to the first person when we have no activity and it gets worse. Commands to add: none Items to add: none How would your suggestion improve the server? It will be more comfortable when playing, and we would have some control of the camera to see what is happening, if what is happening around us is right or wrong. Additional information: none

  7. High-quality character images [Menyoo] A guide by @honey. / @jessica SUPPORT DISCORD: https://discord.gg/Menyoo 2800+ members! Hiya! Welcome to my first guide based on how to get high-quality character images! This can be a long process at the start however once you get a hang of it, it should be perfectly easy and quick to do! If you don't know what "images" I'm talking about.. here are some examples! . Step 1: Getting the right programs! (They're hyperlinked! Click on 'em!) The first step to all this, of course, is getting the programs you need! These are all very simple to get and you need to create a folder in your downloads and download all the following additions! (They are all safe, personally tested!) Menyoo - This is the main thing we will be using to make them look extra spicy, it's a single-player trainer mod. If you don't know what that is, it basically makes you admin of single-player and gives you access to everything on the game that you could possibly want. (Animations!) Scripthook - Menyoo can't work alone, they need Scripthook's help! OpenIV - This is what we are going to use later on to add stuff that we want which isn't in-game, you need this to make sure everything you're doing is safe and away from your main game! (I'll explain how!) Once you have all of those in a download folder, proceed to the next step! Close GTA if you have it open... you don't want that open at this point. Step 2: Preparing your Scripthook and Menyoo Now that you have the programs, it's time to get them set up. Locate your GTA5 Your GTA5 is, if using Steam, within your Steam folder. If you don't use Steam then I'm sure you'll know how to find it and if you do use Steam and saved it in a funky place, you must know what you're doing. For me, my GTA5 is in the following path. (Follow it) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V Open the Scripthook Zip When you open the zip you are going to see the following 3 things: Open the "bin" folder Move everything inside of the bin folder to your GTA5 main folder. Open the Menyoo Zip When you open the zip you are going to see the following 4 things: Move only the "menyooStuff" and "Menyoo.asi" in to your GTA5 main folder. (If you are unable to do this, you need to right click the rar folder in your downloads, go to properties and unsure that it has a tick by unblocked! Credit to @Law) Perfect! Now you have what we're going to use to customize your screenshots (Menyoo) and what we need to run it, (Scripthook). Step 3: Preparing OpenIV This one is a bit more tricky and isn't easy on the eyes so make sure you're following each step appropriately. Open "ovisetup.exe" What you're opening right now is what we will use later to ensure our GTA5 is safe for any mods that are put in, this is your safety net. Follow the instructions As OpenIV installs, it will be giving you confirmations and what not, it's all good. If it says "Do you want to make a mods folder?" at any point, say YES! It may not happen until later but keep it in mind until then! Run OpenIV Now you have OpenIV, it is going to look very daunting but don't worry, you won't need to mess with it for long if you don't want to. Step 4: OpenIV Now that we have OpenIV, this is our first step in taking amazing screenshots, we are going to go through the ASI Manager and enhance our experience. Go to the "Tools" tab Go to the "ASI Manager" option Install all of the available options Step 5: Testing! We've added everything we need to to begin testing! Now here is what you need to do: Open GTA5 Go in to "Story Mode" (It will load really slow if you're not tabbed in to the game) Click "F8" twice This should bring up the Menyoo menu top left of your screen! Step 6: Getting your character Making your character in Menyoo is going to be a task and you really need to stick with it. Getting your character's attribute values You need these so the character you take photographs of actually looks like your character in-game. Here is how to get them: Go to your UCP Go to "Characters" Select the character you want to use Just under the name on the left side should be a drop-down "Face Attributes" Take a screenshot or leave the tab open. Getting your base character You now need to make that same base character within your single-player world. Open the Menyoo menu (F8) Go to Player Options → Model Changer → Multiplayer Models Go through the options and select "Freemode Female" or "Freemode Male" Be surprised by how funky your random model looks like. Go to Player Options → Wardrobe → Default Components Now go to Player Options → Wardrobe → Outfits → Save Outfit To File → Name it whatever you want! Applying your face attributes It's finally time to start sculpting your character! Go to Player Options → Wardrobe → Head Features Adjust all appropriate sections to fit your character Or you can reference this guide for an EASY QUICK convertor: The attributes are different You will notice that the attribute names are slightly different however they do change the same thing. On GTA:W there are some options that are not yet accessible so always make sure you are converting a character from GTA:W over to Menyoo because it will not work the other way around, they'll look too different. This stage will take some time to perfect but once again, it's all worth it. Saving the outfit Remember to keep saving your outfit, do not use "Apply outfit" when saying but instead "Overwrite file" on your selected outfit. Remember that if your character is in an animation when you save the outfit, it will bug and not work so make sure you're not in one. Step 7: Getting your pictures! Now that you have your lovely character in game, it's time to start fiddling around with other settings to get the perfect picture! Options Weather Options - Change what kind of atmosphere your picture will have as well as the weather. Time Options - You have free reign over the time of where this picture will take place, if you want it to not move, you can pause the time! Object Spooner - If you want to have a more custom backdrop, use items and you can even make other people too! Animations (Cannot be used with Snapmatic) These are going to play a huge part in what your screenshots will look like, so how do you use them? Player Options → Animations (→ All Animations → Search) Capturing the moment Now it's time to either Snapmatic it or Rockstar Editor! Snapmatic Snapmatic is basically just the camera app on your characters phone. You can access the phone but clicking the UP arrow key and then guiding it to the Snapmatic app. All of the pointers and directions are given to you on that app! It's basically like your character taking a selfie, a very simple and easy feature. A word of advice: Do not left click to take pictures, they come out looking horrible! Instead, hide the grid with G and just taking a regular Steam screenshot or a screenshot with whatever program you use! Rockstar Editor To use Rockstar Editor, once you have yourself set up in the position you want to capture, you need to click "F1". This is Rockstar recording by default so unless you've changed it, it will work. Leave it to record for about 10 seconds and DO NOT tab out! Once you feel that you have sufficient footage, you can click "F1" again and it will stop recording. It's now time to edit it! Step 8: Rockstar Editor (Skip to step 9 if you used Snapmatic) Now we have our recording, we need to fiddle with it and adjust it to capture the exact picture you're after. Open the map and go all the way right in the black tabs and select "Rockstar Editor" Create a New Project Add New Clip - say yes to everything after this. Camera When you have the option to enter the "Cameras" tab, you are more often than not going to select the "Free Camera" option. This, combined without OpenIV plugin allows us to do so much with the camera! You can zoom in and out as well as tilt it! "Remember that you can enable the free camera in Menyoo and toggle it using F3 - it's another way to go when it comes to taking screenshots." (Credit to @hentai!) Depth of Field If you're not sure of what this is, this basically is what you want the camera to focus on in your image. Normally I set this to my own custom one however the default one works really well! Effects These are just your filters and general effects, saturation, contrast, brightness and vignette. It is entirely up to you if you want to use this however normally I add what I want afterwards. From this point in Rockstar Editor, it's all about exploring! There are no limits for what you want to do, within reason, and this is entirely up to you! Make your pictures unique, funky places, whatever you want! Click "H" to hide the overlay and click "F12" to take your screenshots! Step 9: Editing your pictures Everyone is going to have a different way that they want to edit their photos when it comes to how they look. It's also important to keep an eye on clothing clipping as well as just general maintenance for your character. Colour correction Makeup enhancement Skin correction Shape correction Shadow correction Clipping correction Expression adjustments Adding in logos or other third-party items I use Photoshop to edit my images as well as the ones I do for others if you ever have any questions regarding this feel free to reach out to me and I'll either sort it for you or teach you how to do it yourself! Step 9.1: Photoshop This is actually another guide made by @xanx but it is completely worth the read! The guide got removed 😞 Thank you for tuning in! I hope that this at least helped you and if not, let me know what would make it easier to understand or follow! I haven't gone into detail about how to add mods or how to edit the photos but if that is something that you'd like, just let me know. If you have any questions about this, feel free to drop a comment and or tag me and I'll answer it as soon as I can! Please avoid Forums PMs as answering questions on this thread may help someone in the future!

  8. I think it would be super neat to utilize the huge complex at Pacific Bluffs. Something like a college environment would be fun and beneficial and provide tons of role play. People could get "degrees", attend classes, create sororities or fraternities or even throw college parties rather than always hitting up the next new club. It would give people a place to hang out and provide more jobs, as staff would be needed. It'd also be cool to implement a student loan program that people would have to pay back. It would add more realism and complexity to game life and the loans would also help pay the staff. There's tons of huge buildings here that would be perfect to set up as classrooms. Maybe even a cafeteria set up in the main building with restrooms as well would be awesome. If a hospital is ever set up, it would be neat for people to actually have things like "nursing degrees" or for lawyers to go to law school. Of course people can't spend years getting the degrees, so a school system would have to be made up that still makes sense some how. That part might not be the most realistic, but it would be a lot of fun to role play nonetheless.

Engine 2 was tasked with ventilating the structure while two ambulances remained on standby for any potential victims inside. 25. I like: - The welcoming, friendly community. I have yet to run into any trouble OOCly. - Staff, they're always doing their best to assist even during peak times. - Variety of roleplay around the server itself, there's a touch of everything and it's good to see. I dislike: - The user interface. Not a huge deal, but it could really use some polishing.

  26. That seems cool and all but I don't know if we have the proper player base to establish an entire college system. As fun as it may seem, the low playerbase and the extremely boring lectures to sit through while in a game will probably not allow for an experience as fun as you might think. If you're very passionate about roleplaying a college student though, you can always open up a frat/sorority house and just create a faction based around people that go to college and live together. That's about the closest you can get and it'll be fun, and your time spent offline could be roleplayed as actually "taking classes", this happened previously on other platforms and I think it is a great idea as I was part of a similar faction at one point. I'm sure lots of people would appreciate that idea more because an entire college is not easy to do.
