Feature Showcase: Mapping Importation Information Traditionally we have imported mapping to the server by converting mapping into RageMP code and hard-coding it to the server's source code to place it on the server. This means every time mapping has been uploaded, it requires us to take the file, do a full conversion process, paste it into our game code and then restart the server to load in the new code. This new mapping system allows us to import mapping files directly to the server without needing to hard-code them - the server can now read mapping files and spawn any objects it finds inside them. Not only that, this system boasts several advanced features, like the ability to upload new mapping files whilst the server is still running, support of different mapping file types, and the ability to directly save to the furniture system. Drag & Drop, Restart-less Importation Instead of needing to be hard-coded, mapping files can simply be placed on a single server-side folder while it is still running. The mapping importation system can then immediately read these files and place down mapping objects in the dimension/property an admin specifies to spawn them to. Both Map Editor & Menyoo File Support Any mapping files created from Map Editor or Menyoo's Object Spooner are supported and may be uploaded to the server. Note any custom object mods that are not part of vanilla GTA 5 cannot be uploaded yet as those mods are not on the server-side. Map Previewing & Furniture System Saving Mapping can be imported in two different ways. The first method is preview only, which will spawn it into the server but not save it anywhere, allowing it to be shown as a brief preview and despawned later when needed. Alternatively, mapping can be directly loaded to a property and saved to its furniture system - allowing the property owner to immediately edit the mapping objects and move them if they wish. Auto-defining Unknown Objects to Furniture System Not every single GTA 5 object is known to our furniture system. If the map importation system finds an object that isn't stored in our furniture list, it will automatically create a basic definition of it so it can be spawned as furniture straight away, without needing an admin or developer to add it manually.

FRANK RUSSO FOUND DEAD IN SANDY SHORES Published: 2nd of April, 2019. The site of the discovery at the abandoned motel, marked in red. Mob associate Frank Russo’s decomposing corpse was discovered in a dingy room inside the derelict Blaine County Motel in Sandy Shores. Honestly, going in depth with this car maintenance is just hyper realism that would put people off and it really isn't that necessary. If people wish to RP maintenance, they can do that. ( Mind you, a lot of people do, from what I've noticed, and I RP a mechanic. ) Introducing engine health seems kind of silly and not very much needed. The system would be tricky because, if people do modify their cars, you need to realize that some cars are built with forged internals that can handle lots of abuse which pretty much negates the suggestion put down. Personally, going into mad detail about car maintenance isn't really needed because if we're talking realism, maintenace depends car to car and some might break after a while, some might not. I'd personally just let people RP maintenance if they want to, but keep it optional other than that. People build some cars for maximum performance which ruins maintenance, and some people build cars for maximum reliability which I'm not sure how you'd implement that. Either way, I'd let people decide what they want to RP.

Yes, yes and yes! I have desired this since GTA World launched. The script in question is identical to that of LSRP and does provide additional depth to the second hand market. It also adds to realism, that owning a vehicle not only has an initial cost, but is expensive to run as well. It is my opinion that the prices for vehicle maintenance should be scaled along with the value of the vehicle. Cheap cars should not be too punishing to own, while the expensive sportscars should.

As the wind blew, the sun-glistened on to the prison courtyard. Joe, who became twenty-six, a month ago, strolled through without a care in the world. Completely ignoring the surrounding individuals, as he just continued walking across to the gym apparatus in his orange sweat-stained vest and his sweat-pants. Back on the prison court, Joe sat his ass to the "cushioned" seating, reclining as he began to use the bench-press until the sun became clouded. A group of caucasian-like individuals had surrounded him, glaring down at him before one with a distinguished skinhead look let out a few words. Judging from the tattoos and markings of the individual, you did not have to be a brain-surgeon to work out that this man was of significance. He would not announce that he was in a form of leadership position, however by the way he looked and acted - it was evident. Joe was about to be enlisted into one of the most notorious crime organisations on the Western hemisphere. The Aryan Nation. Joe was about to sign his life away. The individual ushered an item towards Joe before ordering him to conceal it, whereby he was then told to proceed to an African American male who had wandered to the prison yard, the area with the sports equipment, to be precise. He followed the man, without given direct orders of what to do - merely told to follow him, and then given a melted tooth-brush with a razor blade attached to the end of it. Uncertain and wary, Joe proceeded to the individual prior to slashing him thirteen times in the chest, seven times in the stomach and four times in the throat. He was surrounded by about ten witnesses. Inmates and corrections officers. The inmates knew, who Joe was acting for, so they didn't act. He was sure, that he would be tackled down by the guards, or even shot. His arrest would go up to life imprisonment. But well. He was ordered to do the job and he was ordered to do it now. What was worse - doing the task and live or denying to do so and die a painful death? He slowly stroaked away from the scene. His hands full of blood, his eyes closed, his lips pressed together, the breath was heavy. Pictures flashed into his thoughts. Being in this shit-hole for life. Murdering countless of people behind the bars. That's what'd happen to him. But no. Nothing happend. No gunshots, that would splatter his brain, no guards tackling him down. It was all planned by the orderer. He paid the guards to have a timeframe for the job. And he was sure, that none of the inmates would go against Joe. "Nobody seen it, nobody heard it". A young, slender guy rushed towards Joe, reached for the shank, concealed it and ran away. Joe even had the chance to reach a sink, where he could clean his hands. The male laid unconscious in a puddle of his own blood. His cause of death was unknown - he either died from his wounds or from drowning in his own blood. Joe was recognized for his actions. Not that he ever felt hate for other races. It’s more like he was pushed into it and enjoyed the power he granted. It's been some time, that Joe P' has seen the other side of the prison fence. Two years to be precise. He has been imprisoned over some minor drug charges that he has collected over the past few years. Today is his last day in the slammer. The last night on the comfortless prison cot, that has actually been luxurious, comparing to the places, he's slept at after his countless crystal methamphetamine excesses - oftenly somewhere on the stairways to an underground station and in a puddle of his own vomit. But still, he's craving for a night on an actual mattress. Entouraged by a Department of Corrections Officer, Joe strolls towards 'Receiving & Release' department. On his way there, he dismisses other inmates. White boys. Nasty creatures with bald heads, mainly. The peer group, he has been bound up with in the inside. Aryan Brotherhood, Nazi Lowriders, 828, Peckerwood - That kind of clientele. Arriving at the Receiving & Release Department, he picks up a blue, large plastic bag with all the belongings, he had on him, when he got caught in the act and arrested. Well, at least the legal items. He lays down his prison clothing, jumping into his jeans, putting on his gray lumberjack shirt, slipping into his black AllStars, fastening his red laces. He then gets escorted through a few more gates, leading towards the outside. Blinded by the lights of the bright and hot Los Santos sun, he presses his eyelids together, trying to focus his view on three individuals in front of a grey lowrider. His three best friends, who came to pick him up. Approaching them, a crumpled piece of clingfilm gets tossed his way. Joe P' catches it mid-air, checks the item inside his palm, looking over his shoulder towards the prison walls, laughing under his breath, shaking his head towards the trio. An eightball of meth was stuffed into the clingfilm. He lets the item drop into his chest pocket, greeting his fellas with bear-hugs before he jumps into the passenger seat of the lowrider, that brings the clique to their hood - Vespucci Beach. Plans were forged in the cell. Plans that made the time in the inside more endurable for Joe. Becoming legal, a law-abiding citizen, after release, was never on his mind. He was fully aware, that attending job center appointments would be nothing but wasted time. Especially after being in custody. So there had to be another way to make money. Especially after getting in contact with the Brotherhood in prison. He supplied his friends with poor selfmade meth, that always brought him a quick buck, before he got sent in. Just not enough to live the dream. So forming a crew around him and doing things on a larger scale. That had to be it. Joe always had the passion to ride Harleys. He formed the idea for the club's structure, and the name into detail. He drew scatches of the backpatches for over hundred times in his head - The Ruthless Bastards MC.

His paternal uncle, Miguel Coreas, has since been deported back to his native Mexico as of 2003 after he was caught by the Los Santos Police Department selling heroin and methamphetamine to hardcore members of a local 18th Street gang clique. His late younger brother, Roberto, was killed in a hit and run by a drunk driver as he played in the street outside of one of his childhood homes, which was a section 8 housing unit, in Rancho circa 2006. Roberto was 7 years old at the time, and his killer has never been found by police or private investigators that the family have hired over the past several dozen years.His immediate family all live well below the poverty line in South Central Los Santos, and have regularly relied on state welfare and the good will of other community members of their neighbourhoods in order to financially and logistically provide for themselves. While Josue's own parents are not verbally, physically or sexually abusive, they are neglectful, as his father is an illegal gambling addict of over 20 years and his mother is an alcoholic of 14 years. Josue and his late younger brother, Roberto, were sexually molested by a close family friend between the years of 2004 and 2006. The sexual abuse came to an end, only when Roberto was ran over and killed by a drunk driver and when their abuser, a 32 year old Chinese American man named Charles Jiang, was sent to a state prison on a 4 year sentence for an unrelated violent beating and rape of a 14 year old African American girl from Rancho.Josue grew up speaking nothing but Mexican dialects of Spanish from Cedros Island and northeast Durango, as that was where his father and mother were from, respectively. He never attained fluency in reading, writing and speaking the English language until the age of 9. As a result of this language and cultural barrier, he was an attractive target for vicious and cruel bullies at schools and within the streets of Rancho from a very young age. The bullying continued until around the age of 10, when Josue began fighting back with martial arts that an older neighborhood boy taught him outside of school. In order to regain the power which was stolen from him throughout all of elementary school, he became a school bully himself while attending the Rancho Junior High School. His involvement with bullying earned him a dozen detentions and suspensions over the years, and nearly cost him his school athletic career. He participated on his school's wrestling teams for approximately 3 years, and took up weight-lifting as a favourite hobby, all the while gravitating to local street gangs for respect, power, influence, protection and a sense of family. He became affiliated with the 27th Street Ghetto Boyz gang of Rancho at the age of 14, and started his affiliation by publically selling soft, psychedelic and hard drugs in the streets of his neighbourhood for the street gang in the evenings and late nights.At the age of 15, both of his parents, very concerned with his affiliation to the 27th Street Ghetto Boyz, moved to a section 8 housing project in Northern Rancho and re-enrolled Josue in the Rancho Memorial High School. This did little to nothing to prevent him from continuing his affiliation to the 27th Street Ghetto Boyz, as he simply befriended other 27th Street Ghetto Boyz street gang members while attending high school. He also snuck out of the house late at night in order to sell drugs for them in the streets to local drunks and hard drug addicts. His parents forced him to take up a job as a cashier and warehouse worker at local Walmart and K-Mart supermarkets over a period of 2 years from the ages of 15 to 17, though after he was finally jumped into the 27th Street Ghetto Boyz at the latter age, he quit working for legitimate wages. He took up "gang banging" as a way of life after quitting his job and dropping out of high school at the age of 17, and greatly distanced himself from both of his parents.Josue committed his first premeditated murder on behalf of the street gang when he repeatedly shot and killed a rival 22 year old street gang member, named John "Sick Boy" Velasquez, from the Strawberry13 gang in December 2014. The rival street gang member in question was stood outside of his house's basement suite in the Southern region of Strawberry when he was repeatedly shot in the back with a pump-action shotgun and killed. One day after this gangland slaying, he was jumped into the 27th Street Ghetto Boyz after a 13 second long beating. He subsequently got several tattoos which represented his new street gang membership later on that evening, after spending the entire afternoon partying, doing hard drugs and drinking hard liquor.Over the years, Josue rose through the ranks of the small and dwindling 27th Street Ghetto Boyz gang through being a go-to dealer of soft, hard and psychedelic drugs in the streets. At the age of 19, he began his own small crew, which has since separated, of small time drug dealers who kicked up their earnings to the street gang's leaders. At the same age, he participated in multiple important murders which solidified his membership to the street gang. Using the online sex offender registry for San Andreas, he and 2 other members from his street gang tracked down Charles Jiang, his sexual abuser from his childhood, and gunned him down with semi-automatic handguns as he stood outside of his apartment building in the Little Seoul neighbourhood of Westside Los on January 16, 2016. He was never caught for murdering Charles Jiang, even though he was later questioned at a Los Santos Police Department precinct by criminal investigators. Around 1 year and some months later, he participated in the gruesome shooting murders of two Mara Salvatrucha 13 members from Chamberlain Hills in retaliation for raping his at the time girlfriend.. A few weeks after the murder of these two Mara Salvatrucha 13 members, he and other 27th Street Ghetto Boyz members tracked down Luis Melgar while he was in hiding in a suburban neighborhood of San Fierro, where he was shot in the head and killed. Luis Melgar's body was stuffed into a large dufflebag, ditched in a dumpster and set on fire with gasoline and matches. Luis Melgar's long-time girlfriend and willing rapist accomplice, Jasmine Correa, narrowly escaped to Oregon with her life a few hours after Luis was brutally murdered.Josue is currently 20 years old and is a shotcaller for the 27th Street Ghetto Boyz street gang. Due to his varied involvement in the neighborhood's drug trade, along with his direct participation in multiple high-profile murders, he commands a wide amount of respect and fear within his street gang and neighborhood. Even though his interpersonal relationships with his parents are extremely poor at the moment, he plans on using his influence within the criminal underworld to bring his deported uncle back to the country and city in the coming few years. He also plans to help other family members of his, who presently live on Cedros Island and in various cities within the Mexican state of Durango, into the country using illegal methods. His other plans include elevating the 27th Street Ghetto Boyz gang to their former glory by making a name for themselves in the illegal drug trade and through carrying out high-profile gangland slayings of their own members-gone-bad and street gang rivals throughout South Central. BEATRIZ SALAZAR BACKSTORY Beatriz Salazar was born in Los Santos, San Andreas on July 23, 1998 to an illegal Mexican immigrant father and a Mexican American mother. Her father illegally immigrated to the United States with his own step-father and paternal uncle at the age of 16, and spent around a decade living in Southern Texas before migrating across the Southwest by himself to Los Santos at the age of 25. Her mother was born and raised in South Central Los Santos, where she grew up within almost all neighbourhoods contained in it. Her father found work as a railroad worker for many years in rural Southern Texan communities, before a freak back injury put him out of work long-term at the age of 23. Her mother was a high school drop out who sold soft drugs and worked as a cashier at convenience stores for a living, and had been partaking in these activities since she was 10 years old. At the time of her birth, her father was 29 years old and her mother was 23. Mostly raised within section 8 housing units located in Rancho, Beatriz was subjected to a life of misery at home from a very young age. Her father, Jorge, was a long-time alcoholic and heroin addict who routinely physically and verbally abused Beatriz and his long-time girlfriend, her biological mother, Kayla. Vicious beatings were commonplace within the small and compact housing units, and the police on average visited the family's residences up to 15 times a year due to domestic violence dispatches. Her biological father permanently left her life when she was 8 years old circa 2006, during which time he was incarcerated on a 32 year long state prison sentence for the armed robbery and extremely violent rape of a 66 year old elderly woman across the city in Vinewood. Her father later committed suicide while at San Quentin State Prison, located in San Fierro circa late-2009, after an attempt was made on his life by Sureño inmates, who barbarically attacked him with shanks in the general population. Due to the routine beatings administered to her and her mother Kayla within her childhood homes, she lacked the ability to stand up for herself beginning when she was a very young child. She became a prime target for cruel and domineering bullies at area elementary schools beginning at the age of 5. Her life at school tremendously suffered as a result, and this caused her life-long resentment towards the educational system. Shortly after turning 10 years old, Beatriz befriended the younger siblings of local street gang members after she was expelled from the Rancho Elementary School for repeatedly stabbing one of her long-term bullies with a pair of scissors within a classroom. She attended a reformatory school for mentally and behaviorally challenged youths in El Burro Heights, where through the influence of these said younger siblings, was almost immediately drawn into a life of petty crime. Her grades at the school were never good, and her attendance was almost completely lacking. She regularly cut class in order to loiter around parts of East Los and Rancho with other children, and participated in school yard bullying, mugging, shoplifting and minor thefts with her very first group of childhood friends. As the years progressed, she got heavily involved with more severe criminal activities. At the age of 12, she was arrested by patrol officers from the Los Santos Police Department for unlawfully discharging a handgun right outside of the Rancho Junior High School, but was released without criminal charges after she was brought back, in handcuffs, to her mother's section 8 housing unit. Shortly after turning 13, she entered the criminal justice system when she was incarcerated in a reformatory penitentiary of the San Andreas Youth Authority for attempting to rob 2 of her bullying victims with a 12 inch butcher knife on the grounds of the McCaine Junior High School in Rancho. She was convicted of armed robbery and served 15 months behind bars, during which time she befriended hardcore street gang members from multiple Sureño and 18th Street gang sets across South Central. She was released from her San Andreas Youth Authority reformatory, which was located in Blaine County, at the age of 15 circa 2013. After being released from the San Andreas Youth Authority, she had the mentality of a young and budding hardcore criminal. At area schools located within Rancho, she took out her inner anger and frustrations by viciously bullying her already socially outcast peers. At home, she was extremely rebellious against her mentally broken mother's authority, and routinely stole money from her in order to purchase hard liquor and hard drugs in the streets. Her mother eventually threw her out of her section 8 housing unit a couple of months after she turned 16, and spent 2 and a half weeks living in the streets of Beatriz before her maternal uncle in Davis agreed to house her. Her maternal uncle was verbally, sexually physically and sexually abusive towards his many girlfriends and fling partners, often raping them without much physical force when they refused to consent to sexual activity. Beatriz herself was beaten by her maternal uncle. As a result of the regularly occurring domestic violence and sexual abuse within her maternal uncle's house, she was frequently absent and instead opted to couch surf with her closest childhood friends in order to get away from it all. It was while she was living with her maternal uncle in Davis that she became regularly absent from the house on Davis Avenue in order to join the 27th Street Ghetto Boyz in Rancho with some of her childhood friends. She quit attending school at the age of 16 in order to fully focus on forwarding the agenda of the 27th Street Ghetto Boyz by selling soft, psychedelic and hard drugs in the streets during evenings and late nights. When she was 17 years old, she formally dropped out of school but frequently appeared on the grounds of junior high and high schools in Rancho and Davis in order to sell drugs. At the age of 18, she was jumped into the 27th Street Ghetto Boyz after slitting the throat of a drug dealer who refused to pay taxes while operating on the street gang's turf. She has been a fully dedicated member of the 27th Street Ghetto Boyz ever since, and this has largely been at her expense so far. She has been involved in large street brawls with rival street gang members, and has been routinely shot at in drive-by shootings and walk up shootings on her street gang's own turf. Beatriz remains a reckless and fairly thoughtless hardcore street gang member within Rancho's streets, and largely commits her criminal activities out of hard drug and alcohol fueled violent impulses. She's well on her way to becoming a hard-drug addicted drunk. She has little to no contact with other members in her immediate family, as they're all either estranged from her or long-dead due to alcoholism, drug addictions and street gang violence. Given her current lifestyle, she, along with her cousin Myra Iraheta will likely end up chronically homeless, incarcerated or violently murdered by the time she turns 21 years of age.

Kalani Jamil "Born In Sri Lanka, Made in London." Kalani Jamil is a British Sri-Lankan musician of mixed Sinhalese/Tamil descent. Born in Sri Lanka in 1996, Kalani quickly moved to London with her parents on Asylum in 2000, claiming the need for safety in relation to racial tensions arising yet again in Sri Lanka. Not helped of course by her mixed ethnicity, in which there was still a war waging over because of within Sri Lanka. As an immigrant growing up in London, Kalani experienced discrimination at a very early age, often being the subject of bullying in school, not helped of course as a consequence of an incident occurring shortly after the Great Recession had hit, in which a teacher had outed Kalani as an asylum seeker in front of her class in a predominantly white school. Even outside of petty bullying, Kalani often experienced discrimination in many forms in the United Kingdom, instances being refusals from jobs due to her origin, despite being a British citizen with a full passport. This instead led her into politics when she was around fifteen, joining the Liberal Democrats after claiming that many British Asians were let down by the Labour party as a result of military action within Iraq and Afganistan, vowing that she would never be involved in a political party that ever supported military action that the British Army had no place of being in. Within London, she often campaigned heavily for the rights of British Asians, especially those originating from the subcontinent, her critics claimed that British Asians were treated no differently from British citizens, however her response was one of declaring an acknowledgement of not knowing the personal circumstances of the discrimination that she and over Asians had faced within the UK, later being proved even further right on the outcome of the Brexit referendum, leading to many attacks against Asian businesses and people, despite having nothing to do with the European Union, most of them being here on Non-EU visas. So when I was going through my application for the server, something irked me. I've only discussed it with one of my friends so could be biased. Therefor I thought i'd open the discussion here; To my understanding the application gives you some random hand-picked scenarios to explain how you would act in such situations. I think it was three all together? Two of mine were dealing with robberies (one at knife-point and the other at gun-point). I understand how these can be slightly different due to threat levels but I found myself repeating myself from the previous scenario - although this isn't my issue. The third scenario I got involved a gun deal. I'm paraphrasing but it said something along the lines of: "A friend gave you some IC knowledge of gun dealers. How would you go ahead and approach them to make a deal" My initial issue was that this sort of scenario only occurs to a select amount of players. I've been a member of LS-RP since 2012 and since moved over here to try it out. In my time there's only been a very small handful of times I've been involved in gun deals - and never was I the main dealer. I have no idea how I would go around approaching something like this simply for the fact I prefer to play a civilian or shy away from leadership roles in criminal factions. I thought this was a little unfair considering it's an illegal act and only players who have select experience would actually have the right way to go about this. In a matter of fact someone such as myself or one of my characters would have no idea how to approach this and probably make a fool of themselves. I depicted this in my answer and got accepted so it could be argued that it is how YOU would approach this situation. But to counter that point; my friend applied and got the same question (I understand that discussing the application process may result in punishment but I hope it can be overlooked in this case). He answered the question to the best of his ability and the person handling his application told him: "Approaching gun dealers which you know of, who don't know you at all, and asking them for guns is not the best approach" Because of this he almost got banned from applying again. Again I may be biased but I've been playing with this person since 2012 and he is more than capable of roleplaying - which is why I think there is a flaw in the application process. So here lies my issue; There seems to be a right or wrong answer for the scenarios. I understand some of them are pretty straight forward in how you should act. But in situations such as the gun deal, not everyone would act the same. Some people who are ignorant to illegal activities would have no idea how to approach that sort of situation. All in all I think either the staff need to come together to discuss how they accept answers as it appears I was accepted for my honesty and my friend was told how to answer the question correctly OR scenarios where a certain type of player may not know how to approach correctly need to be revised. /endrant

Two men have been charged and arrested with the murder of Ajantha and Charuka Jamil on the 3rd of October, 2018, in a racially motivated attack, police say. Six months after the death of Ajantha and Charuka Jamil in a car accident in Clapham, the case has been reopened pending a possible murder motive, in which two men have been charged with. The couple, Sri Lankan-born immigrants, were well-liked in the community, Asiri Simayanke, a local Sri Lankan community leader, came out after the death and led a barrage of memorial services for the couple, stating that: "they were a figurehead of London's Sri Lankan community, a Tamil and a Sinhalese couple is unheard of in our little island, so for them to come here and show that love means love inspired a lot of Sri Lankans in the area." However, following investigations of threats made to the couple prior to their death, Metropolitan Police say that two men of Sinhalese descent have been arrested and charged on suspicion of murder. Det. Ch. Insp. David Knowles said: "Metropolitan Police can confirm that two Sri Lankan men have been arrested in connection with the killing of Ajantha and Charuka Jamil. The act is thought to be racially motivated." Sri Lankan tensions have cooled in recent years following the end of the Sri Lankan Civil War, however, relations between Tamil and Sinhalese populations are still known to be sour. Add three different items File - Exhaustible tool that has a chance to break or wear down to the point it breaks. (Like the lock pick) Angle Grinder - Electric version of the file that rapidly allows you to remove metal. Must be used indoors(plugged in) and must be stationary. Requires at least one grinder wheel to start. Goes much faster than the file. Grinder Wheel - Exhaustible portion of the Angle grinder. Like the file they wear down or have a chance to break. Purchased at hardware store along with the File or Angle Grinder. Implement a system that requires players to decide and monitor their removal Add variability to the visibility of the serial. This visibility can be reduced a number of ways as listed below but may have adverse results... Player uses a file and grinds a Combat Pistol serial for 5 minutes reducing the visibility of it by 18%; maybe enough for that player but not the PD. Someone else using a file could take the same pistol, grind it for an hour... visibility is 5% but the gun no longer functions as well. Consider a happy medium, too little it can be found, too much you run the risk of damaging the gun. The Angle Grinder and Wheel can grind faster with less control. - 75% faster than hand filing but could easily overdo resulting in reduced accuracy or failure of the weapon entirely. The hard Part There needs to be a risk! This could lead to people sitting in houses just grinding away all day on weapons for a faction and i think we all want to avoid that! Take away Filing is the most common way in the US because all new firearms since the 80/90's required a stamped serial to be legally produced and sold. Removing these deep punched serials is not easy with acid and I personally feel those who are removing a serial number don't have access to acid and would go buy a cheap $5-10 file any day of the week. Weapon degradation is currently only an idea, this would also need to be implemented at some point but I feel would work hand in hand with serial removal. Laws in place prevent the tampering and modification of a firearm with the intent of removing identification are met with strict penalties as they should be. This would definitely be a felony and the ATF/FBI would be kicking your door in with a truck load of friends who are just as happy to see you as you are to see them.

Yeah, but then again, some people RP old engines that are really reliable. There's hundreds of different engines that people RP on GTA:W. Take an old 4A-GE engine. It's old but then again it's really reliable. Or a 2JZ that people love RP-ly swapping into japanese cars. Introducing the system would only take away from people's RP and heavily rely on the script. People should be free to choose to RP if their car is reliable or not. Engines are unpredictable and you never know when one can break down. In my honest opinion, the system works just fine for now. Even if this does get implemented, it won't matter much. Not everyone cares about car RP and they'll just roll into the shop and be like. "Put a new engine in it, max it out" and leave ten minutes later. This already happens and it'll only become more problematic if we keep shoving maintenance, percentages and other things down their throats. If people wish to RP unreliable cars, they can do so.

Detailed description: I've RPd my character to be a businessman since I've joined the server, and it's quite annoying to change outfits in only YOUR properties, and the trunk of a car. Now, I always RP'd carrying a dufflebag with myself, in which my business/casual attire is located. And this should them give one the chance to change outfits. Now, if you dislike this idea, what could also be done is set a dufflebag/backpack to a certain outfit ID, so only that outfit is affiliated and accessible by the backpack/dufflebag you carry along with yourself. Commands to add: None. Items to add: None How would your suggestion improve the server? I believe everyone could benefit from it. Whether you RP going to the beach, to a swimming pool, a businessman, a criminal. It's much easier and realistic to change your clothes from a dufflebag, as this will give the chance to change outfits in someone else's property, for example if you head to the gym, you could walk up to the changing rooms, and /outfit there. As a criminal, you could rob someone, quickly throw on a new t-shirt, shoes and such in an alleyway or wherever. Additional information: Doubt it'd take more than maybe 10 minutes to script? No idea

Wordy applications aren't a measure of quality. When there is a minimum word requirement what that does is motivate someone to create filler material to meet it. They should stop getting used for most applications(Except server* entry) when it comes to word counts. What matters in applications and writing in general is substance. Being able to write concisely and still make a good point is a skill. Unless it's a diary you're writing for an audience and you want to keep your audience's attention. You don't want to lose it in a wall of text. The effort put into IRL applications is easily less than what I've seen on RP servers. They also don't have you having to edit codes to fill them in or people nitpicking if you had a double space or not... For the IC stuff it can easily be said that this is just being done to make busy work for the sake of it. The IC applications and forms is what I really dislike. There are just better ways to handle those.

My general opinion in all things regarding GTA lore vs IRL is, GTA lore should be used as the primary base of the server, but what the lore lacks, the server ADD from IRL to flesh the server lore out. Simple solution which I think makes both sides of the question happy. Naturally, the things added from IRL should blend in rather well with the GTA lore. For example, no hyper-mega-ultra-super-prototype products, but common stuff everyone knows about like for example iPhone that we already have.

I do agree if there's gonna be a serial number system on weapons that there should be a way to remove it, but I don't believe it should be a job to file the number it gives off a nooby feeling. So, regarding this script I have come to many doubts, mostly about "what if..." things, some I have asked via /helpme IG, some via Discord and I've got some mixed answers from the staff in a topic that should have a clear and uniform procedure among all the admins. Here they are, hoping that we can reach a consensus to have it in mind later when using the script in game, not just for me but for everyone who can have the same doubts. 1.- Backdoors, many houses have one visible but not all of their owners have requested it to have a checkpoint to get into the house. Can you still RP to access the house through there? Some admins told me about this that it depends on the admin, others told me that it shouldn't depend on the admin and that they'd allow me to do so. 2.- Things that are not drugs, ammo or weapon don't have a specific cmd like "/stashinfo" that indicate where they're stored. Money, cameras, masks, etc are in the general property inventory, but not in any place in particular. What happens with those things? 3.- Some people can have drugs or weapons stored in their houses but not have anything specified in /stashinfo. What happens then? 4.- Are the alarms, or at least some of them, supposed to indicate their presence from the outside of the house? For example, the speaker where the alarm ring would sound from, the light bulb that blips, etc. If the answer is yes, can I request an admin to tell me when I'm RPing to check such a thing?

Mazzanti, Barbieri and the associate were all arrested pending a criminal investigation. Barbieri was later released without charge however Mazzanti was charged with Murder. A body was found in a shallow grave in Blaine County late on the 14th as a result of the investigation. The LSPD were unable to comment further on their findings at the time of writing. LSPD officers discovered Russo leaving the premises of Octane Automotive with a corpse of a late shift employee rolled up in a carpet, he was subsequently arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder following a police investigation. Russo operates a sanitation firm, Russo Waste Management (RWM), that has recently claimed a business grant of $100,000 from the Los Santos City Government. Whether this firm acts as a front for criminal activities has yet to be determined. Police claim tangible links to organized crime in both cases; with their investigation comes a heightened focus on the possible criminal organization they represent.
