For another biography that made me interested to read more about their character, @Franelli. And the last position goes to@M52B28. Rims, Rim Paint, Tyres, Pearlescent Suggestion Description: Add the other already existing vehicle modifications in GTA:V: Rims: We need a larger selection of rims in the server, I have seen plenty of overused and misused rims such as SUV's with the sports class rims, it is not a great fit, to say the least. Bikes need some love too, bikes have no rim selection at all! List of all if not most rims in the game, currently we only have the "Sports" class. GTA:V Los Santos Customs - Wheels Painted Rims: Give us the option to paint rims to make our vehicle's more personalised and unique. This will make everyone's vehicle's stand out more in their own way, with the ability to match paint jobs or have two-toned designs. Tyres: The current gamemode forces us to use sponsored tyre designs on all rims upon purchasing, this should not be the case. The option to allow players to choose their own tyre design should be implemented. The following tyre designs should be available: Stock, white walls, coloured stripe, sponsored. Pearlescent Paint: Pearlescent paints just add yet another layer to the uniqueness of vehicle's, the currently available paints are boring and all look the same, it is hard to find a paint job which stands out and screams: "Look at me, I am pretty!". Long story short, all of these options already exist inside of GTA:V and the fact that they're still not in the gamemode after all this time is ridiculous. The car scene and car culture in the server is quite big, everyone owns a car and takes pride in what they have, this would just give us more of a reason to actually enjoy our cars that much more.

If I could add onto that. Rentals are the perfect choice for crimes right now. Drive around a rental like an ass.. hold people up.. w/e and the best description you can give the cops is.. light blue car, with the plate 'rental' I would suggest that all rental's should come with a unique plate. (RENT123) That way the cops have something to go on, maybe even give them access to 'rental records' cause... what company would rent a car without taking any kind of information? If Bob robs someone using his rental, it should be almost instant for the cops to get his information.

This particular scene that had been kept in the far back of the history shelves had a meaning to a certain group within this part of Italy at the time. A sprouting criminal organization, an organization of which would carry on the DiLeo family name. Street gambling had been the first and the most early of rackets they operated in their local neighborhoods. Before long, the games had reached all the way to Salerno and to Acri, there were going to be problems to deal with. The violence and rage which carried on from all the way back to the days of Mussolini and the war's aftermath, people were still very much disturbed and willing to turn to other groups such as these for protection or to have someone 'taken care of'. Much of this violence however, misguided, was generated from such gambling among the streets of Italy's cities and towns. Eventually, this form of gambling and all of the organization's other sources of income and asserting power would come to the shores of America. Only few remained, those who decided to continue this thing spread out entirely. They cut off loose ends and looked to keep things quiet for the time being. However, later on there was somewhat of a turnaround with the boss not in any kind of incarceration. The west coast faction made up of DiLeo remnants would soon come to be, but it would all have to start from square one.

I'm all for this. It's not even a matter of being a part of the "car scene", but simply providing more options for the sake of roleplay overall.
