Staff Update (JUNE) A tester centric update this month, so if you're looking for admin promotions, you will have to wait... for now! I would like to take this time to properly congratulate @Optimus Dime and @Maca on their mid-month promotions to tester admins, with the large increase in player numbers since the server has come back on Rage their help has certainly been needed. Talking of the server re-opening I think I speak behalf on the whole team when I say that I am very excited to see the popularity and excitement around the server since the re-launch. Rage has obviously come with its own set of issues but these are all manageable and the future of the server has never looked better! Short description: Add a colour select at vehicle dealerships. Detailed description: Vehicle dealerships should have a menu where you can choose a primary and secondary colour, perhaps have a smaller colour variaty of basic colours so that people are still encouraged to go to mechanics for the full range of colours. Commands to add: No command but an extra menu when you click to purchase the car allowing you to change the colour. How would your suggestion improve the server? It's more of just a small quality of life change that will give people more freedom on the default colours of their cars.

All Bark, No Bite

A strong no from me. There's already a demographic of players putting more effort into asset acquisition and just AFKing with their assets instead of trying to portray a character and develop it. This will just worsen the problem. We're not GTA Online, we're a server about storytelling and development.

I am a 3d guy and 2d painter too. I started by making san andreas multiplayer skins for some money when I was 12. I want to make this thing my career. Tell me what u think about my noobey things.

I want to suggest that when you press on "Create new Character" when logging in that, that tab when it pops up to enter in the name, would also have a "Cancel" option. Because I don't know how many people are experiencing the "Menu auto scrolling bug", but when you click on "Create new Character" by mistake, because it automatically scrolls on it, you can't go back to character selection and have no other choice, but to restart the game. This is annoying and even more to those that have slow PCs which take a long time to boot up Gta V.

No format needed. Keep car talk out of the general chat because it's annoying and irrelevant to any other discussion in the community. Shouldn't have a minority influence the majority to get into GTAO culture while playing on a roleplay server. Also I guess it's good for car enthusiasts irl.

About The Original Carson Ballas, OCB is a prominent African-American gang rising once again from their sudden disappearance from before their original decline. A gang originally formed in 2005 began one of the top upcoming gangs as their numbers and power constantly rose from their large presence within the underground in Los Santos. Originally being pent up within the Casa block in Strawberry their gang numbers thrived as they controlled almost all trafficking of contraband and other goods within the area, it wasn't long before opposition had arisen against the OCB crew. After constant conflict between them and a large Bloods cell, OCB remained standing although slightly thinner in numbers. In between conflicts with the Bloods group the OCB had other opposition from other gangs coming from areas such as Davis, Rancho and Vespucci. Still standing strong from the constant exposure to conflict some members sought to put themselves into hiding and keeping their business on the low under fear of more attacks from other gangs, after the increase in members going into hiding OCB slowly began to fade from existence as people believed to never see a return from them. Recently there has been word that groups of people representing the colour purple have been spotted, said people representing the colour purple in the same fashion as the original OCB members did. Although it's just speculations, several people claim that it is unrelated whilst others preach about the return of the OCB on the streets. In recent times it has become public knowledge that there is a rising group of African-Americans that deal in contraband within' the gang infested areas of Strawberry and Davis in an eerily similar manner of the OCB. The gangs aim is to be an accurate representation of an African-American gang from the hood. Upon entering this gang you agred to face CKs upon what we deem fit (For example: punishment for a certain action.). CKs are not common within the faction as long as you roleplay accordingly and to realistic standards.

If you buy a vehicle new you're usually allowed to choose what colour you want. As an addendum to this suggestion, maybe make resprays very expensive. That way there is decision making on whether to get the colour you want, or buy used and pay to respray. All IC of course.

Brief Explanation of resolution: Excluding the RAGEMP folder from being picked up by the anti-virus software so it doesn't mistakenly delete/block the files (which is why you can't start the launcher). This error happens when your antivirus software blocks and/or deletes the RAGEMP files, mistaking it for malicious files. You can either disable your antivirus completely or use this fix to prevent anti-virus from picking up RAGEMP files. In this example, I'll be using Avast Free Antivirus which is the most commonly used one. Head up to the top right of the Avast interface, click menu and then settings. In the general settings, look for the "Exclusions" tab, it should be the 5th tab down if you can't understand it in English or even your own language. Click the little arrow on the Exclusion row to open the option section up. Once you've opened up the exclusions section, browse through your file paths to find the main folder directory to which RAGEMP is saved. In my case, I saved it to my C drive so I navigated to my C drive and selected the whole folder to be excluded from being blocked/deleted. If you try to start up RAGEMP now, it should re-download the files that the anti virus software was deleting. If not, access the location of all blocked/deleted files. In Avast, click on the "Protection" icon on the left hand side, then navigate to "Virus Chest". Once you open up the blocked/deleted files, you'll the number of files the software counts as "malicious". Anyway, once you find the RAGEMP files, you can check them and scroll to the bottom, click the arrow on "DELETE" and click "RESTORE". Now your RAGEMP files are restored and are excluded from being deleted again. If you still have troubles starting it up, give the PC a reboot. Want to forward it to your friend? Whats' wrong with the premise of a young guy who hit jackpot with crypto?

Unfortunately, due to a joint decision between myself and the other leaders of the faction, we have decided to close. This was mostly due to the lack of interest that people found in the faction. In our month of existence we found that the only people consistently roleplaying in the faction were the four leaders, which didn't bring very much interesting roleplay to the server as a whole. It was fun, however, especially in regards to our interaction with other factions on the server. and we (of course) have absolutely no intentions to leave the server. Given the amount of other very well thought out and interesting factions there are, we think we'll definitely find a place somewhere. @Ethanol

Where do I start... Supers wouldn't suffer the same situation simply because ALOT of people wouldn't probably have enough or even close to enough to ever afford a single super exotic vehicle. How many people own helicopters? How many people own Cheetah Classics? I'll wait. Second, with so much limited support for people wanting to portray a rich and lavish lifestyle, you can't blame the sport cars being around Mirror Park. That's the result. And yes, despite that - people do still RP living wealthy around that area. Or at least the people with the means. And lastly I hope you realize serious super cars more than likely won't be an option..

Some supers should be added to dealerships. Specifically those that are utter dog shit and hardly supers at all. Mainly the Bullet, Taipan, Voltic, Sultan RS, Vacca, SC1, GP1, Cheetah and Infernus. They are equal, or lesser than, the top tier sports and sports classic cars that we already have on the server. Do note that I left out the 811, Banshee 900R, Entity XXR, Adder and Taipan as, while they are overall at similar performance qualities as the other listed supers they are a lot, lot faster. There's no reason for this specific list to be excluded from acquisation when players can purchase vehicles for a significant lesser price at better performance.

Thanks. I love the Burrito but changing the price will only lead to people mass-buying and scrapping for profit. It's better to just nerf it, especially considering it's a pretty small van when compared to other more expensive and slower vans.

That's not a valid reason to make it less accessible to players though.

Publicity Auto Exotic garage, one of the Luppinos fronts, host a car show and drag racing event at an abandoned airstrip in the Grand Senora Desert. The garage sponsored the event and paid out a, $20,000 prize pool, they also hired a food truck for the event. Patron, a mechanic at the garage took first place in the drag racing event, winning $10,000. A yellow Sentinel took first place, for best car at show. Auto Exotic congratulated the winners and thanked everyone who participated. The garage is planning to host a rally event next weekend, where drivers will use the same vehicle and be timed around Alamo lake.

I don't have a picture of my car, but this is the exact same one. 1993 BMW 740i. I like it when It's running properly. My car has some damage unfortunately. Previous owner (a family member) some how dented the drive side doors pretty badly. It looks like somebody just threw a baseball at it 3 times. The front right fog light and bumper is destroyed from me actually spinning out while I was on my way to school one day in a rush in the snow. I used to drive this. Again not my picture but the same exact car. This one had some right front bumper damage as well because of the same family member from before running it into something. This car was nice but it had alot of electrical issues. There's only one mercedes shop around me and it sat in there for a year and a half, all because an electrical part I'd bought and but in the thing after the previous one went out, was just a bad part. From it sitting for so long the bottom rusted out and the engine just went to shit. Gave it to my cousin who works on it about every couple of weeks now.

C PLATOON — INDUCTION TRAINING Reason there is no text/roleplay on these images (speaking of C Platoon in particular) is because a lot of communication is done over TeamSpeak as it is a training. The roleplay aspect gets evaluated prior to Recruitment & during live situations as the trainings would take over 5 hours if everything was explained over text. I will try to get more live situations captured on screenshot & edit these for the faction thread. Thank you for your feedback though @Nathan.

I personally do not want to see this for the time being. Normally, I take the stance of empowering the players (i.e. don't remove /me because people could powergame). However, there seems to be an issue on the server as of right now with players really placing too much emphasis on their assets and trying to buy ridiculous sports cars and being overly focused on them, such as cars like these: Until this sort of sillyness on a heavy roleplay server is clamped down on, then I really don't want to see players gaining access to what are such fast, exclusive cars in real life because they want to own the best cars from an OOC perspective. If players began pulling off some really good, authentic rich life-style roleplay, then my opinion would change, but until player management is able to stop this mentality then I don't want to see a super car dealership and Zentornos parked around Mirror Park.
