GTA lets you drive on those tracks as if they were a simple road, it does not take into account how much the underbody of any regular daily car would be shredded to pieces, driving in such cases itself represents powergaming. Added to that, there is ICly a subway system that is very well active and means every single one of those tracks is being used on the daily, another thing people tend to forget when they lead a chase on a 150 to 200 meters long tunnel without -ever- considering that they'd realistically soon enough face a train going -fast- on the opposite direction with no outcome but preparing themselves to discover what follows death. Those are two examples that well define why driving in tunnels subway is simply powergaming, so my first question will be, did it ever deter anyone from unrealistically driving on said tracks? Despite endless reports and punishments, because they prefer a 60min admin jail rather than 3/4 hours in bolingbroke to face the consequences of their own actions. Let's take it a step further, even. The reasons these tunnels were blocked off in the very first place were the sync issues and glitches, vehicles & players going invisible on a completely random basis, which could be a huge, unfair and most of all unrealistic advantage, on one side or on the other. The goal of the server is and always was to be a heavy RolePlay server, standards should not be requalified and lowered due to the quality of RP provided by players that don't really take it seriously or have simply misjudged the expectations, as much as theft, fraud should not be progressively allowed in real life because a significant amount of individuals do such crimes.

OOC INFORMATION Family Ties is a predominantly African American group moving collectively to support their community. The focus is on Civilians & Law Enforcement Officers while showcasing the good, bad, and ugly effects of balancing family, work, and the neighborhood. This group was created for the sole purpose of bringing something new to the server on a consistent basis while aiming to put the spotlight on black characters as they actively build up the black community. The faction portrays the life of a 1% MC, namely the Gypsy Joker club, one of the oldest MCs in the United States founded on April Fool's Day in 1956. The club is present on the West Coast and internationally in Norway, Germany, and Australia. Our goal is to realistically depict this concept in San Andreas, the equivalent of California, and any roleplayer is welcome to join the concept. The faction's leadership provides all interested parties with materials about GJOMC, so you shouldn't be intimidated by not knowing much about the Gypsy Joker. Membership in the GJOMC is restricted to men aged 21 and above. The GJOMC excludes individuals of African American descent, law enforcement officers, and intravenous drug users from joining. Additionally, members are obligated to own a motorcycle manufactured in the United States. I'm pretty sure you can run it. Your pc specs isn't that far off from mine and I use heavy texture mods for the game. I run an i5-3470, gtx 1650 and 16gbs ram. So I believe you should be fine

Duplicated post: I'd heavily recommend reaching out to an admin in order to retrieve your previous UCP, since unexplained UCP accounts can lead to a ban in general. Not only may the referral cause you an issue, but it could also affect your friend's account if it was left unexplained. So like mentioned above and your other topic, it's best to reach out to a gtaw admin and explain the situation to them directly.
